Cons:

I needed shuttle airport service Sunday evening and it was not available. I used Lyft, with a significant expense. I wrote to GM requesting reimbursement and have not received a response. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and although the stay was generally OK, given the extra expense and no response, I won't use this facility again.

Pros:

I didn’t get breakfast because apparently I didn’t pay for it with the room. The room and hotel was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that our refrigerator in the room did not work so we lost half of our dinner/leftovers because I stuck them in the fridge only to find out the next morning that is wasn’t on so I was very disappointed

Cons:

Quiet hours, if your quiet hours are at 10 pm then everything should be shut down like the fire pit at 10 pm also. What’s the use of using the fire pit if people are going to complain about people talking around it after 10 pm. But other than that it was cool stay.

Not having the room provided as requested went thru multi rooms with manager was very unsatisfied, and TV didn't work also the sink drain was closed and couldn't get it open to drain
