Quiet, affordable loading option in proximity to all things I needed.
Pros:

I like the location of the property. It’s tucked away and quiet.

Cons:

Inside the room, there were holes in the wall around the thermostat and light fixture in the shower. That was eerie

Pros:

Location, Price Cleanliness.

Cons:

There were some minor repairs and touch up that could be done. Appears that there is no attention to detail. Desk was so wobbly you could not put anything on it.
