Terrible - No air conditioning in hotel after 3am

Cons:

No air conditioning. After 3am air conditioning in all rooms were turned off centrally. My room got too warm at 26 degrees. There were many other rooms available. The lady at the front desk tried to find an alternative room to change to at 3:30am. But all rooms were the same. Could not sleep.

Good location staff was attentive. The noise was a problem and parking is small.

The noise from movement outside on the metal surfaces could clearly hear in the room so people walking on the platforms that connect to the room we’re very noisy

Envie tester mais pas le mieux , je retournerai au Thong tarin , moins cher et les personnels plus sympas

Hôtel moderne et calme dans centre de la ville , personnels au petit déjeuner sont gentils et sympathique

Cons:

Les personnel à l’accueille pas très professionnel , pas très aimable , souvent cacher derrière la comptoir sur son portable , et à peine lever la tête quand clients rentre a hotel,, et dans la chambre il y a beaucoup de fourmis envahissent les sacs et les affaires

In der Nacht, als ich in meinem Zimmer war, haben die Gäste im Nachbarzimmer stundenlang gestritten. Ich denke, sie waren stark betrunken. Sie haben sogar an meine Tür geklopft. In dieser Nacht war ich wegen des Lärms und der Geräusche sehr unruhig und konnte kaum schlafen. Trotz dieses hohen Lärmpegels kam leider kein Hotelpersonal, um die Personen zu ermahnen. Ich möchte zumindest in dem Hotel, für das ich bezahlt habe, eine ruhige und entspannte Nacht verbringen. Ich bitte Sie daher, in dieser Hinsicht etwas sensibler zu sein.

Very good and quiet location in the center of the city, staff friendly, bed comfortable, air condition ok.

Cons:

The Wood is more type hostel than hotel: basic rooms, the bathroom had a lot of mould and sometimes people were making noise during the nights.
