D'Leafy Seminyak

They clean the room every 3 days. I stayed there for a week but they just cleaned my room once. You could text them to clean but I was kinda over it. The location is pretty bad. There is a school next door and every morning (7 am) they are blasting the speakers there and talking. Also it's across the street from a jail. If I would have known this I probably didn't book this stay.

The property is about 75 metres walk from the street. No biggie but worth being aware of with luggage. The path is flat and well lit. Cars don't fit down the path but bikes are ok.
It's located a bit outside the busy tourist area but still super convenient to Seminyak. My driver told me it is behind the prison but this didn't bother me at all, I didn't hear anything except the frogs, cows and rooster next door. Felt like being in the countryside not in the middle of the city. It was great!

Soundproofing is a little terrible. You can hear baby’s cry from the other room.

I would suggest having some bathroom mats as water does go everywhere after a shower.

School next door which is very loud on weekday mornings from 6am.

The shower was very small and the water splashed onto to the toilet seat.
The plants in the toilet attracted a lot of insects which made their way into the bedroom.
The aircon was not clean as I can see dust on the fan flap.
The hot water only lasted 10 minutes before going lukewarm.
The WiFi did not work well.
The kettle was very dirty so I could not boil hot water
