Pros:

Está bastante bien ubicado y comunicado con varias líneas de metro. Caminando, está a unos veinte/treinta minutos de Osaka Station, lo que viene genial para las excursiones

Cons:

El baño era un poco antiguo y hay que poner el extractor un rato de la que llegas cada día para eliminar olores. Las lavadoras no están mal, pero las secadoras podrían ser mejores, con dos ciclos de secado parte de nuestra ropa seguía húmeda.

値段の割には満足度の高いホテル
Pros:

梅田にも歩いて10分程度で着くしその割には夜は静かで過ごしやすかったです
大浴場も満足度高い点でした

Good Hotel overall. Fair Price, good rooms, ammenioties, Onsen capability. Would come back again.
Pros:

Onsen Sauna was really good. I would like some more english translations in there as I could view some foreigners not faimiliar with perhaps the Sauna mat or the cold bath. Also to uphold clealiness it would be great for all.

Pros:

The hotel location is good. Though it is one subway stop from Umeda, it is near a shopping street with restaurants/cafes and in the old style, quiet neighborhood of Nakazakicho. My single room was clean and spacious with the hotel offering an eco-friendly accommodation service. The public bath on the top floor was most welcome after a day's walk. There's a self-checkin facility and staff readily assist those unfamiliar with it.

Cons:

Location is one subway stop on Tanimachi Line (from Higashi Umeda) which can easily be walked, but strenuous to push wheeled luggage. Umeda City Life is reasonably close. The best approach to the hotel from Nakazakicho Station is to exit at the start of shopping street (near 7-11), walk along it about 100 metres then turn right, walking under the Osaka Loopline track.
