Schöne alte Villa im Kolonialstil, ruhig gelegen mit sehr nettem Personal.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in einer alten Villa mit Kolonialcharme auf der ruhigen Flußseite, aber man ist schnell im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Upgrade, da uns das Zimmer zur Straße nicht gefiel.

Personale eccezionale, villa elegante, ottima cucina e posizione perfetta a Battambang

Un’esperienza semplicemente fantastica! Il soggiorno è stato davvero eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Battambang e allo stesso tempo immerso in una zona molto viva la sera, tra mercatini, aree pedonali e danze all’aperto che rendono l’atmosfera unica, autentica e coinvolgente.

La piscina è meravigliosa, la stanza ampia e curata nei minimi dettagli, con uno stile elegante e raffinato. Ho adorato il design della villa, che trasmette carattere, armonia e un profondo senso di comfort.

Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è senza dubbio il personale: sinceramente cordiale, sempre disponibile e animato da un sorriso autentico che ti fa sentire a casa fin dal primo istante. Una menzione speciale va a Nakim alla reception, gentilissimo e prezioso per ogni necessità, oltre che guida d’eccezione come nostro tuk tuk driver, e a Ioem “Thea”, fantastica, spiritosa e sempre premurosa.

Eccezionale anche la cucina: gli chef sono estremamente talentuosi, capaci di valorizzare sia la cucina khmer che quella western con piatti curati, gustosi e sorprendenti.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile che consiglio con tutto il cuore!

L’hotel fornisce spazzolini da denti, dentifricio e altri articoli per il bagno, ma potrebbe migliorare il modo in cui questi vengono confezionati. Attualmente spazzolino e dentifricio sono inclusi nella stessa confezione; tuttavia lo spazzolino può essere utilizzato per più giorni, mentre la quantità di dentifricio è spesso sufficiente solo per un giorno. Una fornitura con spazzolini e dentifricio confezionati separatamente permetterebbe agli ospiti di utilizzare solo ciò che serve, evitando sprechi inutili e contribuendo anche a una riduzione della produzione di rifiuti in plastica.
