Pros:

Good place for a stay in the center of Pattaya. Everything needed is found in walking distance. Central Mall is just 5 walking minutes away. Staff is helpful, WiFi is stable and fast

Cons:

Rooms quite small, as a tall person watch your head in the hallway, not noisy at night but you still hear the sound from outside
