チェックイン時の受付の女性の方のカスタマーサービスが素敵。
立地がいい。
ウェルカムドリンが利用出来て良かった。

Cons:

部屋内のベランダに出るための冊子のほこり、ゴミが気になった。
水道の水がなかなか止まらない。
お風呂の壁に垢みたいな汚れがあり、擦ると取れたので清掃面が気になる。
ファミリーマートの方の男性対応が悪かった。
ホテル並みのホスピタリティは求めないが、最低限のカスタマーサービス、特にホテルを利用する人が使うコンビニなので丁寧な接客をお願いしたい。

特に見当たりませんが、エステの予約が前もって必要（１週間前）だった事は告知がなかったので分かりにくいです。
