憧れのホテルだったので残念

Cons:

通路の絨毯の汚れや色落ち風呂場のサビ等、古さを感じる。料理もオリエンタルホテルというので期待が高い分、残念だった。食べ放題だから仕方ないかな。

神戸ルミナリエ（有料エリア）を観るためにここを予約しました。とても便利でした。
Pros:

周辺の観光名所等にも近く景色も海や山が同時に望めて良かったです。公共交通機関からは少し有りますが、シャトルバスが２０分間隔で運行しているのでとても便利でした。

清掃が行き届いておりとても気持ちが良かったです。

Cons:

ベランダの端っこにタバコの吸い殻が落ちていました。
上階から投げた可能性もありますが、子供が拾ってしまい危険でした。

とてもよかった。また行きたい。
Pros:

朝食がメニューも豊富で美味しかったし、とても良かったです。他のバイキングでは見たことないものもあって楽しかったです。
ロケーションも最高でした。ベランダに出て夜景が見れてよかった。

スマートチェックインに少し手こずったことくらいです。
