・三宮からの無料送迎バスが便利、雨天だったので助かった

サイコーのおもてなし、ありがとうございました。
Pros:

先ず、スタッフの皆さんのご対応が素晴らしく良かったです。（一人二人ではなく、すべての方々が良かった）
次に、部屋の清潔さと快適さ、ロケーション、今まで経験した中で、サイコーのホテルでした。
さらに、部屋からルームサービスで、パジャマとＴシャツを注文したのですが・・・サイズ感が良く分からず、フロントへ電話したところ・・・試着用のサイズを部屋まで持って来ていただいたことへのご対応は、まさに神対応でした。夜遅い時間（22時）にも関わらず、すぐにご対応いただきありがとうございました。ラウンジの食事や、スポーツジムなど、全てにおいてサイコーの時間を過ごさせていただき感謝感謝です。また泊まりに伺います。スタッフの皆様ほんとうにありがとうございました。

洗面台だけ残念でしたが、また来たいと思えました。
Pros:

全体的にすごく綺麗で、家族でゆっくりできました。
ビュッフェも楽しめました。

Cons:

洗面台がつまっていたのか水の流れが悪く、すぐ水が溜まってしまって洗面所が使いにくかった。

Top Lage am Kobe Hafen… in einem älteren Hotel
Pros:

Unglaubliche Blick auf dem Kobe Hafen ! Genauso wie aus dem Reiseführer. Dazu hat jede Zimmer einen Balkon, was am Meer Ufer sehr angenehm seien kann :)

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in den Jahren gekommen, alles sauber und ordentlich aber die Gebrauchspuren sind mehr als deutlich. Es erklärt wahrscheinlich den bezahlbare Preis für die Lage.

まあ。満足。
Pros:

歴史を感じられる格式の高いホテルでした。
シャトルバスは有り難い。タクシーも常駐していたので、安心でした。朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

ファブリーズが置いてなかった。今どき、珍しい。コンビニが狭く、品数が少なかった。
