Es war so schlimm, dass ich selbst das Bett nochmal 'frisch' bezogen habe.

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es wurde nicht erneut aufgefüllt und es gab wenig Auswahl.
Waren auf der Durchfahrt da für eine Nacht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist „okay“.

Die Ausstattung ist im allgemeinen sehr beschädigt. Im Zimmer war die Klima defekt. Das Zimmer hat extrem nach Zigaretten gestunken und hier und da hat dann mal eine Leiste im Zimmer gefehlt.
I rarely write reviews for hotels I’ve stayed in. However, due to my work, I often have to stay in hotels. But this time, I couldn't resist drawing the attention of the hotel management and its future guests.
I booked a room in advance based on the description. In reality, I was given a room that was far from matching the description of a "spacious single room." The room itself was dark, and to make things worse, there was no lighting — just a twisted wire hanging from the ceiling where a chandelier was supposed to be.
In the bathroom, the faucet spout was not fixed in place; it was simply inserted into the base, causing water to spray in different directions.
There was NO internet in this room at all — the signal was so weak that the network was not even detected by my device.
I requested to be moved to a room that actually matched the description, and after some time, voilà — there was light and even internet in the new room.
However, upon entering the room, the key card didn’t work. I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The solution? The receptionist called the porter, who took a key and accompanied me to the room to unlock the door manually. And this happened several times a day whenever I needed to leave the room. When I asked, "What’s the problem?" I was told, "We don’t have batteries to replace the ones in the lock." My request to be given a key instead of a card was also denied.
In the end, I couldn't take it anymore and left the hotel that same evening. I promised to return in the morning with batteries to help replace them in the lock, but by noon the next day, I had to leave Mersin.
I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff — they performed their duties relatively well. My complaints are directed at the management responsible for running the hotel.
