La localisation proche des quartiers à faire mais dans une rue peu fréquentée.
L'autonomie et le casier à glaçons dans le logement.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas au RDV donc ils ont du intervenir.
L’emplacement était vraiment pratique et parfait pour nous. Beaucoup de lignes de transport étaient facilement accessibles, 15 min max à pieds de Hongdae, en fonction du convenience store 2-5 à pieds et pleins de restaurants et cafés autour.
Le fait que le ménage ne soit pas instinctif. À notre arrivée, le taie d’un des lits était assez usée qu’il semblait sale, donc nous voulions demander un changer de literie., sauf que si on faisait moins de 7 nuits, il faut payer des frais supplémentaires pour qu’on nettoie la chambre. Pour notre cas, nous avons plus de 7 nuits, donc nous avons eu un nettoyage gratuit, toutefois il fallait faire la demande à la réception sinon personne ne passait faire le ménage. Malgré cela, bien que les draps avaient été changés, les linges également, le sol était sale, surtout à l’entrée .😬

L' emplacement de l' hôtel. Bien situé des transports en communs et métro beaucoup des commerces ce sans en sécurité le personnel très agréables je recommande ce lieu y vient souvent pendant les vacances

직원분들 너무 친절하시고 공유시설이랑 침구랑 다 너무 편하고 좋아요~~ 헬스장도 이용할수 있어서 아침마다 근력운동도 할수 있어요. 무엇보다도 애견 동반이 가능해서 애견인들에게 강추합니다!!

I really liked the location and the amenities that are available in the shared spaces. Quiet rooms, polite staff.
I REALLY didn't like the lack of amenities in the room - no brush, no slippers, no hand soap for the wash basin. They list this property as a hotel, but that's clearly not the case - it's more like a co-living space for remote workers and digital nomads.
The AC vent filters weren't clean, which caused 1 day of ineffective cooling during our 2-day stay. While I would have said "that cannot be helped", I paid 300 USD for 2 nights, so this is really something I wouldn't expect for the super hefty price that I paid. If you increase prices to adjust for holiday demand, I think you should at least deliver a service that justifies it.
I am giving this place a 3/10 because they (I presume unintentionally) represented themselves as a hotel when they clearly are not. Overall, a disappointing experience - the location was the only saving grace.

Rooms are so cool + have personality. The lobby is. A travellers/backpackers dream!! Massage chairs (2,000KRW) for 15 mins while you wait for your laundry or just hang out, it’s a co working space. So you can study! The gym is big!! And had enough equipment. The staff are so friendly!! The rooms are spacious and sound proof for the most part 😂 they offer late check out if need be and are great with communication. There is a brunch space upstairs you HAVE TO Try!!
