Pros:

Great room and bathroom. Very clean. Good air-conditioning. Handy location.

Cons:

Poor service from all staff other than manager. Nobody on reception and can wait for a long time to have queries answered.
We tried to cancel in advance the first of our two night stay. We messaged the property but got no response so sent a message to the phone number instead. Requested a part refund for this night that we had paid for. Manager asked that we discuss on arrival. Manager advised that they don't make a lot of money once Booking.com and Zuzu take their cut. She offered a later checkout (2pm) and 'double breakfast' the following morning to compensate for the breakfast we hadn't eaten the first morning, and which we'd paid for. She also offered us a free transfer to the airport on checking out. We accepted this in compensation. However, the following morning, the double breakfast did not materialise. In fact, we were not even given a choice of one breakfast from the menu. We all received the same, with the egg missing (should come as standard). Asked for the egg and asked for fried. Omelettes then arrived for the 3 of us. Only 1 banana between 3 of us. When I asked for more fruit, I was advised they didn't have any. No drinks offered. When I asked if they had tea or coffee, I was told to help myself from a water machine in the corridor. This was all very disappointing.
To summarise, room and location great. Breakfast and service very poor.

Pros:

Very clean room, with a good air conditioning.

Cons:

Employee was not attentive to the requests. We had to request many times for everything. Breakfast was very simple, no variety at all and it says that it includes fruits, but fruit was simply not provided.

Non ci è stata data nessuna informazione sulla camera, abbiamo dovuto aspettare l’orario preciso del check in senza possibilità di anticiparlo, dato che eravamo arrivati in anticipo a causa dello spostamento dell’orario di partenza del volo. Abbiamo aspettato un’ora per ritirare il motorino che doveva essere pronto in 15 minuti. Colazione non ottimale. Durante un forte temporale abbiamo notato una perdita dal soffitto

Terrible service despite hotel is clean.
Pros:

Cons:

No hair dryer. Transfer booked in wrong time. 3 hours delay and terrible transportation. Massage booked but no service provided. Breakfast is terrible. No towel hanging in the bathroom. Only one toilet paper.
