Pros:

La ubicación, en una zona con encanto y muy tranquila, a un paseo de varios de tres de templos más importantes de Kioto.
Las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

La habitación se queda bastante justa si hay que utilizar el sofá cama como cama (para una tercera persona), ya que no hay armarios y no hay espacio para dejar las maletas.

Super immeuble récent avec tout ce dont on a besoin.
Machine à laver efficace et très grande salle de bain super pratique.
Rue très calme et bien insonorisé.
Hotel à taille humaine pas immense.
Grand tv.
Prises à proximité du lit.
Vraie toilettes a la japonaise.

Cons:

La personne a l’accueil n’était pas super accueillante.
Il n’y a pas d’endroit clos pour garder les valises, nous avons donc préféré les faire garder dans un locker plutôt que dans l’hôtel.

On February 28, 2026, your hotel proactively informed me that since my reservation was made before March 1, the accommodation tax would remain at 200 yen per person per night. However, upon check-in, the front desk staff charged me 400 yen per person per night.

I raised this issue with the front desk staff, but they told us it was due to a system error. At this point, I no longer know which information is accurate.

In addition, during our 4-night stay, the room was not cleaned at all, and all garbage disposal was left entirely to the guests.

Furthermore, the front desk staff were rarely present. During the daytime, anyone could freely enter and exit the hotel, which raises serious concerns about safety and security.

Pessima esperienza
Pros:

La dotazione della camera, comprendente cucina attrezzata (utile poiché l'hotel non fornisce il servizio colazione), microonde, frigo e lavatrice (nel vano doccia possibilità di asciugatura a timer molto efficace). Letti e cuscini comodi.

Cons:

La vista della nostra stanza dava su di un muro.
Servizio di pulizia solo su richiesta (non eravamo stati avvertiti al check in) e con supplemento (nonostante il prezzo elevato della stanza).
Cambio asciugamani self-service pessimo, poiché sono disponibili limitatamente e il personale non è quasi mai presente per richiederlo di persona (non c'è personale fisso di reception poiché sono le stesse persone che puliscono e preparano le stanze).
Quindi direi che il pessimo giudizio è soprattutto per la proprietà dell'hotel. Non lo consiglio.
