Excellent location, 5 min walk to subway, 10 min walk to Yasaka Shrine, and next to a beautiful river.
Pros:

Very convenient yet quiet location. Washing machine was a plus for laundry during extended stay, and the cost was a very good value.

Cons:

No clothes dryer, but hanging clothes in the shower and starting the “dry” setting (see provided translations of controls or use Google translate) dried most clothes in about an hour. Also, be aware that no cleaning services are provided during stay l, you must empty your own trash, and staff are not typically at the front counter. But fresh towels, toiletries, and trashbags are always available near the elevator doors on the first floor.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, hay un rio al lado y hace que el paseo hasta la zona más céntrica sea muy bonito. La chica de recepción muy amable. Habitación amplia y bien climatizada.

Cons:

Todo bien, tranquilo, silencioso y buena relación calidad precio. Por poner un pero, diré que no tienen servicio de envío de maletas, tuvimos que ir a un Family Mart cercano.

Due giorni prima del nostro arrivo siamo stati avvisati che avremmo dovuto saldare la tassa di soggiorno perché Kyoto da marzo ha aggiornato le tariffe. Ho prenotato questo soggiorno a gennaio per giugno con la tariffa “tutto incluso” non ho trovato corretto che venissi aggiornata di questa modifica quando ormai il mio soggiorno non poteva più essere modificato. Da marzo a giugno avrei preferito essere avvisata con un tempo congruo ed essere libera di scegliere se cancellare il mio soggiorno o accettare. Tra l’altro non mi è stata rilasciata nessuna ricevuta e il pagamento è avvenuto in contanti.
Per quanto riguarda lo specifico della stanza: lo scarico della doccia faticava a liberarsi trovandoci con i piedi in ammollo e l’acqua a livello della porta , mentre in camera da letto la tenda oscurante era agganciata con uno spago per tanto andava arrotolata e srotolata a mano .
