Good stay but dishonest people
Pros:

Location was great. Overall, the hotel was alright, considering room, food, etc.

Cons:

I booked Superior King Room. But on reaching there, they provided a shabby type room, with almost nothing working properly. Low cooling with AC, bathroom taps were not working properly, commode shower was not working at all, a lizard was roaming on the floor, etc. When we asked them to show other rooms, they first showed a few more rooms in the second floor, and almost all of them were in same condition. Finally, they shifted us to first floor, and then we realized that it was matching with the pictures of the Superior King Room, which we had actually booked. That simply means that they did not want to provide the room we had actually booked, but tried to manage with lower category rooms. Finally this Superior King Room was OK, and there was no problem whatsoever with this room. But in this process, they wasted our valuable 1 hour of time. This is absolute dishonesty, which is not acceptable. Moreover, their so called Superior King Room also appeared highly overpriced. Instead of 3830 INR, about 2200/2300 INR would have been appropriate.
