Pros:

Location met our needs.

Cons:

Wasn’t very happy. Disappointed with only having 2 towels available even though there were 4 of us. Although they compensated by substituting a bathrobe for a towel? Little awkward. Not sure if we will rebook in the future. Also the shower curtain was set up too high, the bottom edge was not touching the shower floor. Hence the whole bathroom would get wet when someone showers. We were also asked to give a thousand pesos deposit in case we damage anything in the condo.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The Maki House Condo staff is very accommodating. The place is clean and has easy access to the mall/shops. It's well maintained and secured. We'll definitely book our stay again on our next visits.

Clean and comfortable room .
Pros:

I like it because the condo is clean , quiet sorrounding.the one who incharge in the room was so nice her name is Joy .

Cons:

I really don’t like the one security guard there his name Betonio WS. He’s rude,unprofessional, unaccomodating to the guest
They are unfriendly security guard .And it’s very hard to use the swimming , Even it’s open but the security will tell the admin is closed bcoz There’s a payment of 150 pesos everytime you want use the swimming pool.
