Pros:

Gorgeous location and hotel. We had a great view across the square. We needed the sofa bed making up and they came straight up and did that for us. We also had an alarm sounding and they telephoned the room to advise us it was a false alarm.

Staff and food were great. However the House Red wine was shocking. £185 a night was a little pricey.

Great location. Excellent staff and very good bistro.
Good bed.

Cons:

Standard room rather basic and poor TV reception
Upgrade to superior room much better.
Some of the furniture very tired and grubby corridor carpet. Expensive. People at bar very intrusive for diners.
