I spent 5 nights in this hotel. First, the responsible is very friendly and welcoming! She was kind to adapt the breakfast to my allergies, and was checking if I need anything or give me recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And they offer you Longjing tea at anytime you want :) The location is perfect. You can walk easily to West Lake, there are beautiful places, parks (peaceful and not crowded during my time there) and locations to explore in both the right or the left directions of the main street. It's green everywhere in this neighborhood and the air is clean. Leifeng Pagoda is not far and I went by walk. You can also go to Longjing village by walk if you'd like (it would take an hour, but with beautiful scenery) or grab a bus or Didi/Taxi which are cheap. Wherever you go there's beautiful green scenery. There are some restaurants, a cafe and mini-market very close and also if you walk on the main street toward the right. I'm really happy with my stay in this hotel and its location, and I recommend it!

The localization is very good, close to beautiful Parks, the pagoda and temple. My host was very Kind and gentil, the room is very well equiped, confortable and cozy. Trully recommend! Bonus: the tradicional breakfast was delicious

La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Ogni giorno ci venivano offerte bottigliette d’acqua, e la colazione veniva preparata all’orario da noi indicato, con grande flessibilità.
La struttura gode di una posizione perfetta: a pochi passi dal lago e situata a metà strada tra il villaggio del tè Longjing Cun e il centro città, rendendo facili gli spostamenti in entrambe le direzioni.
Le camere erano pulite, accoglienti e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.
In una delle due stanze, il bagno risultava poco insonorizzato e non dava privacy. A parte questo dettaglio, però, nulla di rilevante da segnalare.
Petit hôtel de charme, simple mais très correct. Bien situé à 10mn à pied du lac, sur les hauteurs de Hangzhou.
Le personnel est très aimable et attentif, mais ne parle pas Anglais, on se débrouille avec une application de traduction.
Un peu difficile à trouver, dans une allée derrière la rue principale, il faut demander de l'aide pour s'y rendre ou un bon GPS.
Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable, elles nous ont aidé dans toutes nos démarches et demandes et se sont assurés que tout soit parfait pour nous. L'emplacement est située dans une zone calme près de lieux incroyables. Merci beaucoup !
La salle d'eau comprenant les toilettes et la douche étaient un peu à l'étroit mais ce n'est pas si gênant lorsque l'on reste que quelques jours
We had a fantastic stay! Our host, Ms. Zhang, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was warm and attentive, consistently ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. The service was excellent and very family-friendly. Plus, the location was great!
We loved the twin room. Perfect for 2 parents and 2 kids (10 & 6 years old) the double beds were big enough for all 4 of us. Shower was great too.

The staff was very nice and the bed comfort was fantastic. Bedding included real down duvet which made my rest amazing. It was very quiet at night and you get a very authentic feel of Hangzhou
great location right next to the west lake! super cute and quiet neighborhood. room was very nice, spacious, and clean. owner is super nice and helpful. the morning breakfast is very healthy and nourishing! 10/10 recommend staying here!!
