Pros:

Had a very good ambiance

Cons:

Wish they could clean the rooms everyday, throw the trash and change towels. They charge so much for new towels. Have to wash them yourselves.

Used the room for sleeping and showering so it was a great deal for my short stay. Recommended!

10 out of 10 and would stay there again if I ever return to Guam.
Pros:

I loved the location! It was clean, quiet and I felt safe! Access to the beach was a plus for me as well. The property is outside the touristy Tumon, but close enough to enjoy Tumon when I wanted.

プライベートビーチがあった。デメリット多め

Cons:

エアコン故障し水浸しで自分のスーツケースビチョビチョになった。
夜は隣人のDJとドラムで0時まで眠ることができない。
ホテルは清潔で良かったがマイナス面が大きい

エアコンの故障でビチョビチョだからかデポジットが返金されませんでした。
