Poor, will pass on next time.
Pros:

Only location.

Cons:

Besides location there was only one thing which was good, that was clean washroom. They do have menu but never found its kitchen open. Fan was hitting somewhere up inside fall ceiling hence too much noice. Intercom was not working.

They did not allow my friend inside my room and they did not even give me the keys to my room when I went out for some time and told them I am coming back they showed my booking as check out horrible place and the staff and the owner do not know how to speak to guests would never visit again just a shitty place I had to pay 2500 to get another room for my friend to stay

These booking reviews which are positive are all false. The rooms are not clean, there are dirty stains on the sheets and there’s are terrible smell in the whole hotel. The premise is filled with mosquitoes.

Hotel is reasonable.
Pros:

Mr Rajesh, the manager was exceptionally professional and helpful. His guidance to reach required places helped me a lot. Location of the hotel is also alright.

Cons:

Water heater did not work properly making the stay not very comfortable. There was no breakfast facility and if it was there, stay would have been more comfortable. This is definitely a negative.
