WiFi was good

Cons:

Reception staff were not the most welcoming.
We got key and keycard but the number had fallen off the door and hadn't been replaced, the door lock was also broken so we had to go back to reception and ask for help.
When we eventually got in the room there was an overpowering disgusting smell, there were no windows to open so we used a full can of deodorant to try and freshen it up.
When we opened the bathroom door the smell was even more disgusting,
We had already emptied the deodorant so we sprayed perfume in the bathroom and agreed to keep the door shut.
I noticed that the room was filthy, the mirror was so dirty I was laughing as I wrote my name on it
We went out to eat, had a few beers as well and decided to have an early night as we had been travelling all day.
My other half was quick to tell me that there was no water in the bathroom, we decided to just get some sleep and deal with it in the morning.
I went to reception and with 5 minutes they sent a little woman with one screwdriver and not even a ladder to get high enough to check the shower.
I told her not to bother as we would be checking out.
When we got to different hotel my Mrs sent all her clothes and the clothes in the top half of my bag to the laundry, the clothes were still stinking of the filthy smell in that room.
I have been going to Langkawi regularly for about 22 years and
this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,
If you don't want to stay in a dirty smelly room then I would advise you not to stay here.

Good but staff dissappear. Had to wait for her.

No breakfast. All instant

Cons:

The truth.
I tick airport transfer and thought inclusive
Greatly disappointed.
My fault. How can I expect this for low cost.
