Very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning and fans, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, a spacious living area with a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking.
Honestly, this place is an absolute hidden gem. It’s heaps spacious too. We had plenty of room and it could easily fit a crew of 10 mates comfortably without feeling cramped at all. With the Sri Lankan humidity sitting at over 30 degrees, finding a budget-friendly spot with a proper, icy-cold AC is pretty much unheard of because of the power costs. But these legends have it sorted!
It’s tucked away right in the mangroves, giving it a wicked, peaceful nature vibe. It's just a quick 5-minute tuk-tuk cruise down to the sand, and they’ve got cheap pushbikes available if you fancy a ride.
The entire setup living areas, work spaces, and bathrooms is spotlessly clean. Best bit? The sister property next door has a sweet pool and breakfast you can access for literally pocket change. If you want a chill, spacious base for a group that won't break the bank, this is it!

Amazing Value: Has AC for a very budget-friendly price (which is super rare for budget accommodations in SL!).
Unique Vibe: Located in a beautiful mangrove area with a great natural vibe. The beach is 2.5 km away, but cheap tuk-tuks and bicycles are easily available.
Facilities: Very clean living area, workspace, washing area, and bathrooms.
Extras: For a tiny extra fee, you can use the swimming pool and have breakfast at their villa next door.
Atmosphere: Extremely calm, quiet, and peaceful.
