Clean property, friendly staff, great location!
Pros:

We enjoyed everything about our stay, including the friendly service to cleanliness and convenient location. There’s also a 24h supermarket in the mall next door.

I’m usually a light sleeper but I slept extremely well in the room. Pool deck was a nice spot to rest and enjoy the sunset.

All the staff (from front desk to pool attendants to security guards) always greeted us with a smile. A special shoutout to Diane, the duty manager, for her exceptional service and support!

Good but not really worth the price
Pros:

The breakfast choices were very varied, fresh the team was very nice.

Cons:

The fact that on the booking website when I book the room it clearly stated that the room that I booked had a shower or bath that I had to ask for. But when I get to the hotel they said that only upgraded room had bath. That was quite sad. And also the tv doesn’t have YouTube or Netflix access. Quite chocking in 2026, they said we needed a computer and they could give us a HDMI for to connect to the TV.

nice, cozy and clean
Pros:

the concept of environmental frienly is very good. there is no water bottle, water for drinking is provided at the water dispenser inside the room.

Cons:

the dusbin did not have a lid and no plastic bag. Hence in malaysia, we have lot of food that need to be kept in a close dustbin. if not been properly dispose hence next morning can get a bed odour. so i suggest to give a biodegredable plastic or something that can wrap the food especially cooked food.
