Pros:

Perfect stay – highly recommended!

Maison Ylang is a true gem! We had a wonderful time with amazing service and a super friendly staff. The food was delicious every single day, and the value for money is excellent.

We especially loved the direct access to the beautiful beach. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été vraiment très agréable et aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le cadre est moderne et le carrelage est très esthétique, même s’il est malheureusement assez glissant.

Cons:

En revanche, la cuisine ne nous a pas convaincus et mériterait d’être améliorée. Le point le plus regrettable reste le manque d’amabilité de la patronne : malgré un bel établissement et une équipe serviable, un simple bonjour et un accueil chaleureux sont essentiels pour se sentir vraiment les bienvenus.

Notre séjour s’est bien passée, merci à l’équipe pour l’organisation de la surprise d’anniversaire de mon mari.
Pros:

Tout était super, l’emplacement le personnel rien à dire

Cons:

Un peut déçu de pas avoir pu prendre mon petit déjeuner en chambre car c’était réservé que au chambre de luxe il me semblait. Pourtant il y avait l’espace pour sûr le balcon.

Pros:

Établissement bien placé un peu de bruit à l’arrière avec une vue sur les évacuations de pluviales. Piscine moyenne. Petit déjeuner et personnel au top sauf restauration. Attention la taxe hôtelière annoncée est multipliée par 10 et frais CB a 4,5-% !!

Relaxing stay in Madirokely
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. We particularly loved the shower room. The restaurant/bar area is perfect for relaxing and having a drink whilst watching the sunset.
The breakfast is included in the room rate and there was enough choice for us. All of the food we had was good quality. All of the staff are extremely friendly.

Cons:

The pool looked a bit dirty so we did not use it.

Гарний, новий готель на березі. Відмінне розташування. Просторі тераси, високі стелі, сучасний ремонт, гарна вана кімната.

Cons:

Коли я був тут у 2024 році мені дуже сподобалося, але не цього разу, на жаль.
Правила змінилися, тепер ви не можете запросити дівчину до себе. Це дійсно погано, якщо ви подорожуєте один.
Поганий інтернет, що постійно треба підключати вручну.
Кондиціонер постійно виключається. Я поскаржився, реакції не було.
Вказано, що є басейн, але це більше ванна для тренування пірнальників ніж басейн. Там ніколи не має сонця.
Снідаю постійно однаковий
Найгірше з оплатою. Не мають терміналу для оплати картою. QR код, що пропонує готель не працює, довелося заплатити готівкою, це дуже несучасно!!!

This is an excellent place to stay in Nosy Be and is probably the best hotel on that beach!
The decor is lovely with comfortable seating areas.
Really liked the refillable water stations to reduce on buying plastic bottles.
We are vegetarian and although the menu was lacking in options, after speaking to the staff, the chef designed a whole separate vegetarian menu for us which was so appreciated as we were staying for 6 nights.
We did a dive with them which was super professional and the hotel also helped us book other excursions.
We also loved the 2 dogs, Naya and Pilou who played with us on the beach 😍
