Pros:

My wife and I loved this place and will stay again. The ocean view rooms are beach front! Just steps from the ocean and with lovely views from the deck. They have another building with the lawn that is behind. The location is perfect! Just past station 2 where everything is happening, it's a little quieter, and a very short beautiful beach walk to anything you want.
The staff was lovely. Jordan is always around to help you to book any tours you want. The house keeping was great and the front desk was kind and printed our visas for us.
A 4 person room for 2 people was a nice amount of sauce. The water was always hot! Good AC. Reliable power (Even when the power seem to be out almost everywhere else).

- weak shower
- no WiFi connection in room
- Internet was slow or inconsistent when you could connect
- uncomfortable bed with only a linen sheet
- box unit a/c was very noisy. I didn't get much sleep.

Excellent accommodation close to the beach
Pros:

Resort was a row back from the beach, so, away from the noise, but minutes from the sea, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean and with a nice, calm grassed area. Very good value for money.

The people that run the place are amazing. Always working around the property to keep it looking beautiful. The location is literally 50 paces from the beach.

The beds are a little firm, but that is all of Asia. lol

The people are not so clingy to ask our need, but you can ask if you need some assistance, the place is nice, water supp
Pros:

The property, is not as perfect as you expected, but its good, if you want a quiet place near the beach, away from crowds then is a perfect place to stay.

Cons:

The garden, the space to hangout, and can even hang your clothes to dry outside.

Cons:

wifi does not reach inside the room, my mum has to stay in the balcony to connect. No kettle available inside. Noisy neighbor. Only 1 toilet paper for 3 days they provided. you have to inform the front desk to provide the amenities.
