Very Good Stay, But Some Room For Improvement
Pros:

We loved our stay! The guard was adorable, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. Although the hotel wasn't in the city centre, the 10-15 minute drive was manageable thanks to our car rental.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved - limited options and portions. We also experienced noise disturbance from constant door slamming in the morning.

Outstanding Service and Comfort
Pros:

This small, new hotel exceeded all expectations. Though not in the city center, it’s quiet, well-located, and offers unbeatable service.

The rooms are super comfortable with top-notch facilities, and the staff truly goes above and beyond.

Amazing value for the price—I’d gladly return anytime!

Really nice hotel with nice facilities
Pros:

Pretty new Hotel with great facilities. Really well designed and nice receptionists. The location is really good if you want to explore beyond Yerevan.

Great stay at a good price.
Pros:

Clean, roomy, comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. We asked for a couple of extra pillows which they brought straight away. The temperature control of the shower in the initial room did not work - it got too hot and we could not turn it down. They gave us a different room straight away, which was great.

Cons:

The description of the room included facilities to cook.
Although the room had a fridge & a kettle, there were no cooking facilities. However, we were allowed access to the hotel's kitchen with a microwave and electric hob and utensils.

The description of the room included a minibar, a tea and coffee maker as well as garden views.
Although there was a kettle, there was not a coffee maker in the room but we were able to use the coffee maker downstairs in the hotel's breakfast room.
There were no views to a garden. Although Yerevan's Botanical Garden is across the road from the hotel, this park & facilities are unkept and wild and not fitting the expectation of garden views.
