Nous avons mis la plus mauvaise note partout car avant de parler de la qualité des prestations, il convient avant tout d'honorer son contrat ! Lorsque nous avons planifié notre voyage, nous avons réservé cet établissement 3 mois à l'avance. Ils nous ont envoyé un message par WhatsApp la veille de notre arrivée à 1 heure du matin pour annuler notre réservation sur la 2ème nuit sans solution de rechange. A quoi sert la réservation ??! Ils feraient mieux de quitter Booking.com !!

Mooi en proper hotel!
Lekker ontbijt, ‘s avonds uitgebreid buffet (iftar).

Cons:

Lawaai van constructie werken tot 22h.
Ontbijt kwam 30min tot een uur na de gevraagde tijd (maar was dan wel uitgebreid en lekker).

Perfect 1 night stay I could ask for.
Pros:

Manar at the reception was very courteous and professional. She also upgraded my room without even me requesting it. Cleanliness and location were perfect. Overall, hotel and room exceeded my expectations.
