Pros:

Все имеется для комфортного проживания. Есть кухня с любой посудой, что очень удобно. Рядом магазины и рестораны на любой вкус. В 2х шагах выпекают свежий хлеб. До моря буквально 2 минуты. Отель находиться немного на окраине, в сезон пляж там более свободный, что тоже замечательно. Хозяева стараются решать любые вопросы.

Персонал более квалифицированный и уважительный, чтобы не выставляли женщин с детьми на улицу! Просто отвратительно! В отеле мне сказали, что брони нет, это была ложь, т.к. номер брони сразу пришел от Букинг. Он сослался на Букинг, сказал, что мест нет, а Букинг все равно отправляет подтверждение. Как минимум не серьезно!

Pros:

Очень понравился отдых в отеле Нино, встретили нас очень душевно. Нугзар,Нино огромное спасибо за теплоту и внимание. Номер был с кухней, отличный балкон с креслами, вид на море, отличный закат вечерами можно наблюдать. Размещение отеля очень удобное, небольшой проход через зелёную зону и ты на море. В следующий раз мы только в семейный отель Нино. Спасибо вам.

Pros:

Hot water in shower, kitchen and washing machine. Price is well but you should expect a low quality.

Cons:

Dirty shower room, hair and even walls were very dirty. These was no door in a shower cabin, just a mop to wipe off the water. No garbage basket. And as a final surprise, the housekeeper told me, that i am a bad girl, because i left mysterious garbage inside. Omg! I am traveling a lot, and i absolutely sure that i don't need to walk around the hotel with my garbage.

Pros:

Amazing location, from Hotel to beach only a 2 - 4 minute walk. The beach was very clean, and comfortable, with only sand and no stones both in water and beach shores, around 1km you can walk in the water. Right next to the Hotel, you can find supermarkets and Restaurants, exchange places, and a lot of different local shops everything was very easy to find. Special thanks to Nino and Nugzar they were the most helpful and kindhearted hostess, they made our stay very comfortable and Interesting. Thank you to our taxi drivers Gregory and Bichiko who helped us move around and enjoy the best of our stay, both in Ureki, Batumi, and Kobuleti.

don't recommend even for one night staying
Pros:

Owners are very helpful and hospitable, helped with parking

Cons:

It was like a room from Soviet Union hotel. Beds was uncomfortable and we should lay bed linen ourselves, it didn't fit. A lot people around whom talked till late night. Room doesn't have balcony, but has public space near the window, children ran there all time and some guests sat and talked until late near the room.
