Cons:

I was disappointed with the room given to me
Although I requested - before checking in - a nice view room but they gave a room on the first floor with the view blocked by the roof of the bar, and just convenient for the hotel staff to do daily services
This is while the hotel was not full and lots of vacant room were available on the upper floors and the new wing were.
Very disappointing 😔

Amazing place with very high standards
Pros:

The whole hotel has a very old-fashion charme, the one that makes you feel like you are a special guest in a special place at any time. The lobby, the terrace, the restaurant by the pool are so nicely furnished and designed. The staff is extremely reactive and professional. They have very high standards.
Don't forget this hotel has a unique story of heroism during the 1994 genocide. They don't display anything about it but the place is the actual one where those events unfolded.

Cons:

The bathrooms might benefit from a slight refresh/renovation to make them more modern. Anyway, there is nothing wrong with the current ones, just a suggestion for improvement.

Pros:

Loved everything. Wonderful staff, room, food and grounds. Great location for exploring Kigali.

Cons:

Would be good if they served evening meals (not just sandwiches) in the bar as could be quite noisy in downstairs restaurant/bar.

Bra beliggenhet. Bra service og høflige personale.

Cons:

Det luktet gammelt og innestengt på rommene. Teppene var skitne.
Frokosten var stusselig.

A classic 70s design hotel in the heart of Kigali with great staff pool and grounds
Pros:

Good size room
Excellent house keeping
Attentive bar & restaurant staff
Clean big pool

Cons:

please open the staff gate to residents - its along walk and there are children hawking maps haseling for money on the road
reception staff are often on the phone and having to deal with customers - are the staffing rotas correct ??
hotel taxis should charge the normal rate - 10000 max not !5000 !

Pros:

Die Hotelanlage mit Pool, Restaurants und stilvoller Reception. Das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ästhetisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man fühlt sich wohl, alles funktioniert gut.

Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre. Spory wybór dań i owoców. Bardzo dobra restauracja, dobre menu. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, ale nie jest źle.
Woda w basenie niestety bardzo zimna, ale czysta.
Zaproponowano nam bardzo drogi transfer na lotnisko- cztery razy droższy, niż miejscowa firma.
