Nothing is like.. booking on 23th for family room. Once reaching telling me booking.com technical issues room not available. All bangla staff over there.. no hygiene. Management need to arrange to room but very rude with guest..
More why last minute have room issues even we booking earlier... Management blame booking.com went reach to hotel.. ask we contact to booking.com even though nobody is inform the technical issues.. really very disappointed. After long discussion the hotel Management giving room with lodge warm light! No cleaning as well & inside the room smoking smell... disgusting

Price is good but take your essential need with you, don’t expect the usual to be there
