Satisfied
Pros:

Classic Atour hotel, clean and modern. They provide free water and tea at the rooms.

Cons:

Delivery food has to be picked up at the reception, cannot deliver to one’s room.

Una experiencia muy familiar tras una llegada decepcionante
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que tiene un ambiente familiar y que el personal es muy amable. Me sentí muy cuidada y como en casa, especialmente en el comedor donde se podía acudir varias veces al día por comida o té.

Cons:

El hotel es físicamente bastante feo y la habitación ni siquiera tenía un closet para la ropa. La limpieza era mínima. Además, pese a que yo había hecho la reservación con una tarjeta Visa, jamás pude utilizar dicha tarjeta para realizar el pago, ya que únicamente aceptaban Master Card y American Express.

Clean and convenient, the room was not as described
Pros:

The location is very good.

Cons:

Communication with some of the staff was challenging. The room was not as described. The photo attached to this review is what they claim is City View. Even though the reservation said robes were provided, none were provided, even when asked. They did not accept payment per reservation, and we were charged more at check-in.

Great Service and Location
Pros:

The hotel is at the great location for shopping and food. It's exactly on the famous walking street in Wuhan. AI are use in the room and it's very convenient. Cleanliness is superb, they even have supper ready for you at Level 5 from 9pm onwards.

I have some problem with my luggage and the receptionist plus technician help me to fix it. Great service and hospitality. This is the best choice in Wuhan.
