Quality rooms
Pros:

Malapit in all landmarks in baguio. The staff was nice as well and the host was accommodating and easy to talk. Second time booking in this condo and has never been disappointed. The room is designed for 2 persons only, max 3 person.

Quiet, clean room. Good location to get to many attractions and activities.
Pros:

If you are going to visit Baguio, you had better be in shape, or bring extra money for transportation. Walking consists of alot of going up and down hills. The temperature is perfect, but can get chilly at night. Bring a few warm clothes, sweater or jacket. The location is near many sites to see and explore. Transportation is easy to get if you don't want to walk. The walk to Burham Park is very nice. The staff were friendly, and there is a quiet rule for the night. The facility is clean as was the room. This is not a hotel, so needs have to be addressed by the property host. The host was responsive to our needs, and was very friendly. There is a small shop on the premises, and the prices, especially for water, are reasonable.

Cons:

The balcony provided no view. Construction of new buildings was going on, and starts at the crack of dawn, going until night seven days a week. This has nothing to do with the facility, but if you're a light sleeper, you need to know. An additional, heavier blanket for the cool nights would have been nice.

Attention to cleanliness and function that makes this a perfect place to stay in Baguio.
Pros:

The unit was simple and small which makes it a perfect intimate space for my husband and me. We booked just one day before our visit and were glad to have found Ms. Vicky's place at this prime location. The house was clean and tidy, and best of all, it was fully stocked with essential amenities, from kitchen utensils and drinking water to linens. There was even Netflix, so we stayed up watching our favorite series all night while eating takeout - Cathy's special rice :D.

The parking space here is easily filled during this peak season and I guess whole-year round for Baguio, and it's fortunate that the front desk personnel secured us an overnight slot.

You don't need to seek out a lavish place to have an enjoyable stay in Baguio. The truth is, being with loved-ones in a clean and tidy environment is what truly makes a vacation memorable. Plus Baguio Christmas weather, of course.

Cons:

The toilet floor drain does not drain well. This is a quite common construction glitch. Good thing the host cleans well and there's a zocalo that separates the shower so we were able to manage around it.

Pros:

Near the center.
Clean.

Cons:

Smaller than it looks on the pictures.

The building has not good sound isolation, you can hear everything from the neighbour's and they can hear everything from you 😏.

Only 2 towels for shower, no hand towels.

Very little storage for clothee.

The hill is really steep, for us not a problem, but if you are in a weak constitution it can be hard to climb up to the condo.
