Pros:

Personeel was erg lief, vooral Farah en Hakim zorgde voor een leuke gezellige sfeer bij het zwembad. De kinderen hebben erg genoten. De housekeeping was top Dank aan Rachida en haar team!

Cons:

Kamers waren wat verouderd maar Inprincipe zaten we niet veel op de kamer.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Les repas sont variés et de qualité, et les installations sont excellentes.

Un immense merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Une mention toute particulière à Issam, le maître-nageur de la piscine, d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. Un grand merci également à Mme Ghita pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de la réception pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur efficacité.

Grâce à vous tous, nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

À refaire ! Magnifique
Pros:

Un séjour inoubliable ! Tout était parfait, mention spéciale à l’équipe d’animation ( Iba, Oussama, Hakim ect .. pour leurs joie de vivre ;) ils ont embellie nos journées et on s’est pas ennuyé coeur sur vous ! Côté chambre très propre et confortable et merci à Ghita pour ses services et sa sympathie ! On reviendra ! Vous nous manquez déjà !

Les chariots du service ménage le matin tôt qui font un bruit énorme devant nos chambres
