Pros:

Nagyon szép és tiszta, nagyon jól felszerelt. Kedves személyzet, finom all inclusive étkezés.
Ingyenes átjárás a szomszédos Aquaparkba.

Cons:

Nagyon drága a mosatás (szárítással). (1300 Dirham egy szatyornyi szennyes.)
Marrakechtől kb. 15 km-re van, viszont a hotel előtt is állnak taxisok, korrekt áron szállítanak.

Impossible de réserver des raquettes de ping pong ou des clubs de mini golf qui sont les seuls activités gratuites hors des piscines
Mini disco pour les enfants à 20h30 (c’est tard) avec un niveau sonore inadapté
Pas beaucoup d’endroits couverts et chauffés dans le club pour sortir de chez sa chambre quand il pleut et qu’il fait froid pendant 1 semaine
Attention: personne ne lit vos messages du samedi midi au dimanche soir. Donc si vous avez un changement pour votre arrivée dans le week-end, cela ne sera pas pris en compte (retard de vol et shuttle pour le club)
Hammam: on doit se mettre en peignoir dans une petite pièce au RDC puis repasser en peignoir donc devant la salle de sport, le hall d’entrée du spa avant de descendre au hammam au sous sol

Pros:

O hotel é incrivel, funcionários muito prestativos, em especial a Nora, que nos ajudou imenso e que nos fez sentir mais confortaveis durante a estadia. A comida é muito boa. Alias tudo estava top.
Os quartos são excelentes. Muito limpos e confortaveis.
Foi-nos dado um upgrade, que ficamos muito grato.

Cons:

Talvez seja necessário ter uma piscina de agua quente no exterior, a par do que tem no interior. Mas nada de grave.
Necessidade de ter um transfer de/e para o aeroporto incluso, seria um ponto positivo e que ajudaria o hotel e os clientes, mutuamente. A localização é um pouco distante.

Pros:

Voyage de 5 jours, all inclusive. Le buffet très varié tous les jours. Les services dans le club, boutique, infirmerie, spa, banque de retrait, navettes pour la médina, les excursions à reserver sur place, les animations le soir au club pour les enfants, les animations la journée « au club Mickey » avec une animatrice qui s’occupe des enfants pendant que les parents profitent… tout est bien pensé pour passer de supers vacances. Frigo disponibles dans la chambre. Bouteilles d’eau et petits gâteaux, thé et café dans la chambre. Accessoires de toilette … piscine intérieure parce qu’il fait quand même froid au mois de février…

Cons:

Pour avoir quelque chose à dire juste les oreillers peut être trop durs.

Do your research, only go in consistently warm months!
Pros:

I loved how much the staff cared about whether you enjoyed your stay. The food was soo good -and the staff really did an amazing job!

Cons:

I think it is important to let people know that if they have come to swim and use the slides that it is too cold to do so. We were VERY disappointed we had come at this time. Disappointed that we weren’t told that the pools woul be too cold to swim in at this time of year. There are certainly other things you can do like games and mini golf, but we came for the pool and the slides and my children were upset to not be able to use these.

Pros:

The restaurant was really good. We stayed 3 days and everyday we eat something different and very good.
Location is close to the center, and the room very spacious and clean. The pools were open but too cold outside for a bath so we skipped it. All good. Some of the staff is really friendly and kind and some are a bit more serious.
I recommend you come to this place.

Cons:

Charging a deposit for towels... maybe a token is enough 🤔 but annoying to give a cash deposit for a towel to be use for some minutes.

super vacances au Maroc
Pros:

la gentillesse des marocains, les repas très bons et diversifiés au fil des jours, les femmes de ménage très polies et respectueuses. Il nous a manqué le soleil durant notre semaine. Beaucoup de choses a faire dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

le lit très très ferme mais on s'y habitue, les vacanciers qui crient dans les couloirs des chambres à n'importe quelle heure, aucun respect. Hôtel très loin de Marrakech 30 min de route.

Wonderful, really recommend it
Pros:

The food is gorgeous and varied, the staff were really friendly specially with our kids it made us feel welcomed and cared for. The facilities are great even though we didn’t get to use the Waterpark that much due to weather conditions.
