J'ai tellement adoré l'établissement, tout est toooop, les femmes de chambre (3317) , l animation, le restaurant le staff de la réception mais qui nous a rendu notre séjour agréable c'est Mme Sarah guest relation elle est top professionnelle souriante tt le temps. Rien a dire a recommander

Sempre que vamos a Marraquexe ficamos no Aqua Fun Club e supera sempre as expectativas! O staff é 5 estrelas e bastante preocupado (a destacar o funcionário Jaward do Bar e o Oualid Eddbiri do restaurante). Sem dúvida que vamos voltar outras vezes.

Staff was good.the family room were really nice.the hotel provided good variety of food.specialy fruits and salad bar

There was more sitting space outside,as compare to inside sitting.bt it was so hard to eat outside due to flies.There were so many flies everywhere in resort.
They have taken £10 for one towel,the aqua park was closing 6p.m. bt towel stand was closing at 5 which didnt make any sense.

access to water park, clean comfortable rooms, food availability during the day. Staff is very friendly and after checking out you are able to continue using water park and food facilities. Good for families and groups. I would go back again.

Pros:

Tout est parfait
Le personnel hyper sympa, accueil chaleureux (réceptionnistes, serveurs, les gens des piscines...tt)
Responsable des chambres ( rachida) souriante, très serviable,
Responsable du restaurant fait le maximum pour satisfaire les clients.( Ma femme a un régime sans gluten, il a fourni tous ses efforts pour répondre à ses besoins et tjrs souriant)
Mes enfants adorent bcp, on a passé un excellent séjour
Hôtel à recommander 10/10
