Bardzo udany pobyt, drobne mankamenty nie wpłynęły negatywnie na zadowolenie z pobytu.
Pros:

Wygodne, duże pokoje z ciekawym dizajnem. Rewelacyjna , duża, znakomicie wyposażona siłownia z nowoczesnym sprzętem oraz strefą saun. Przyjemny basen zewnętrzny, chociaż nam pogoda pozwoliła z niego skorzystać tylko raz. Smaczne śniadania. Fajna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Recepcjonistki w siłowni, bardzo mało uprzejme. Moze kwestia bariery językowej? Rownież, różnie bywało z obsługą w recepcji hotelowej, powiedziałabym - chłodny, wschodnioeuropejski dystans😉. Pokój był wyposażony w czajnik oraz herbatę i kawę, które nie były uzupełniane po skorzystaniu😌

Fajny, nowoczesny hotel w spokojnej części batumi
Pros:

Świetnie położony hotel w spokojniejszej części Batumi. Niestety dookoła plac budowy, więc ten spokój nie będzie wieczny. pokój premium był bardzo przestronny z dużym balkonem. Darmowy parking i blisko lotniska.

Cons:

Słabe śniadania. Bardzo niewielki wybór, nawet pieczywa. Piękny duży balkon z którego można by podziwiać zachody słońca, ale na balkonie brak jakiegokolwiek mebla.

الغرفه جميله وواسعه واطلالتها جميله لكن ياريت موظفين التظيف ينضفون كل شي ويعدلون الفرش فقط يغيرون الزبالات وبس مايغسلون الحمامات

مكان المسبح غير مناسب ياريت يكون مستقل للفندق نفسه مزدحم ومشترك ولايجود كراسي للتشمس غير منظم بوسط المطاعم لا توجد خصوصيه مطلقا

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were helpful and kind, specially Nana and Dato, they were very helpful. The kitchen staff were nice too.
Everything is near the hotel. Swimming pool is clean and big, a little warmer water would have been better.
We had lunch in the hotel first day, it was really good.
The housekeepers were amazing. Thanks to everyone who made it a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Basic amenities like tooth brushes, vanity kit and bath robes are not in the room, but upon request from reception they were given to us. Upon checking in, they gave us a room with extra bed, although we were just 2, they managed to remove it (I think we were given a different room than the one we should have) and bathroom wasn't very clean, we had to tell them but they managed to clean it again.
Also internet was not connected to the TV , it was fixed the other day in the morning.
In my opinion, these are minor issues that happen and as long as the staff were helpful and responsive , this made our stay a pleasant one.

Cons:

Мы проживали в отеле 6 ночей, а убирали за все время один раз! На наши просьбы убрать номер никак не реагировали! На завтраках присесть за стол возможным не было! Ребята официанты очень безответственные, вместо того, чтобы убрать грязный стол … стояли и болтали, или делали вид, что не замечают

Всё понравилось. Отличное место для отдыха с семьёй

Cons:

Бассейн не их личный. Нужно выходить из отеля, заходить за здание и т.д. Меню в ресторане очень скудное (очень маленький выбор)

Cons:

Премиум номер не соответствует цене. Номер и гостиница дешевый формат. Очень шумно от улицы, все слышно. Ванная комната очень тесная, матрац жесткий. Мини бар пустой. Да и вид из номера на деревья а не на море. Разочарован от того что международная сеть ibis может так себя показать.

הצוות היה טוב ומשתדל לעזור בכל שאלה בכל נושא

Cons:

מחיר גבוה יחסית ל4 כוכבים שבפועל הייתי נותן 2 כוכבים ולא יותר.
ארוחת בוקר על הפנים לא שווה את המחיר.
נקיון חדרים. לא כל יום מנקים, לפעמים מחזירים מגבות משומשים כאילו חדש או לא שמים מגבות.
ברכה משותפת למתחם של כמה בנינים.
בחדר שלנו המזגן לא היה תקין ולא סידרו אותו תוך שבוע.
בחדר היה רק מים חמים ולחץ מים נמוך מאוד.
בחדרים יש מרפסת אבל לא שמים שם כסא ושולחן אם לא תבקשו.
אינטרנט חלש ואיתי.

הזמנתי 2 חדרים. אחד החדרים היה ריח חריף ממש מסריח. ביקשנו חדר אחר ובקושי מצאו לנו חדר קטן יותר.
לא ממליץ על מלון. יש הרבה יותר טובים בסביבה ובמחיר זהה או נמוך יותר.

Pretty good
Pros:

Great location, close to the beach and malls. A short drive form the city’s center.
Overall a nice hotel with good vibes.
The bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

We had no hot water and there was a leak from under the bathroom sink on arrival and it took quite long for the staff to get someone to try to fix it… In the end they switch us to a better room but it also had no hot water and the problem was fixed only a day later.
The windows don’t block the noise from outside well enough and we were pretty close to the road.
The other guests made a lot of noise and we actually saw someone kick the room’s door for like 2 minutes…
