Pros:

Очень понравилось! Персонал старается, чтобы всё для гостей было удобно. Спасибо Дато, что принял, помог и принёс ребёнку кроватку. Спасибо Зула из ресторана — он быстро и хорошо делает свою работу, всё успевает. И спасибо Ани — она знает всё о работе и быстро отвечает на вопросы.
Ещё очень понравился завтрак — вкусный и разнообразный.

Cons:

Из небольших минусов: дверь в душевой не закрывалась, а входная дверь в номер была очень тяжёлой. Бассейн находится далеко от гостиницы, что не совсем удобно.

Wonderful up to date and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Very good value for money. Very nice stuff and nice and rich breakfast

Cons:

1) Water was not that hot and flow of water was not very persistent but it is pretty common in whole Georgia
2) Entrance front of the hotel needs renovation as it seems stuck in the mid 80’s and has a lot of random parking cars
3) Pool is shared with other hotels and actually open to the street which means anyone can enter the pool with no visible supervision or security which is quite uncomfortable and concerning.

المكان جميل لاكن الملاحضات على موظف الاستقبال الشفت الصباحي
Pros:

اعجبني موقع الفندق وايضن موظفة استقبال المساء كانت جيدة

Cons:

لم يعجبني موظف الاستقبال كان سيئ بالمعاملة ويتأفف كثيرة ومتذمر جداً
وتأخر في الدخول مما جعلني الغي الحجز واذهب لفندق اخر

If you do not use the club and gyme; It is not worth $202 for 2 nights.
Pros:

Location is 2 min walk from the beach front.

Cons:

WIFI is terrible. No drink water bottles. Sea view is NOT real; they provided a room with balacony but you have to go to the edge and lean body outside to bearly see the sea.

Несмотря на эти недостатки, отдых был приятным. Спасибо персоналу за раннее заселение, поздний выезд
Pros:

Отель расположен в хорошем, тихом месте. Из номера открывался красивый вид на парк и море. Мы жили в номере Suite с гостиной и спальней. Номер был чистым и комфортным, хотя в спальне не хватало прикроватной тумбочки. Отдых в Ibis Styles Batumi оставил хорошее впечатление. Нас заселили уже в 10:00 по приезде и бесплатно предоставили поздний выезд до 14:00 вместо 12:00. Также гостиница подготовила приятный подарок к нашей годовщине,

Cons:

Из минусов: за 3 дня уборка и замена полотенец были только один раз. Завтраки однообразные, Также на ресепшен нам сказали, что до рынка нельзя доехать общественным транспортом и предложили такси, хотя позже мы без проблем нашли автобусный маршрут.
