Pros:

Vicinanza alle piste e parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Appartamento comodo, spazioso e pulito, biancheria fresca di buona qualità.

Cons:

Arredi un po' datati, cucina con pochi utensili e piastre elettriche adatte solo a riscaldare.

Pros:

It's a great location for skiers, just 30m from the first ski lift Nube D'Argento, but we used a bit further one - 200m away.
Just a little grocery shop in the neighbor, nothing else there. Big ski room.
Parking on the street in front of the building.

Cons:

There is zero sound insulation, you can hear literally speaking everything in neighboring rooms, luckily it wasn't too busy.
No pots and pans, we needed to bring ours. Everything is just for 2; glasses, cups, forks...no decent knife, no chopping board, no kettle...
No ski boots heaters in the ski room.
For the price of the room, they can do better to improve the stay.

Forza borgata!
Pros:

Posizione per gli impianti ottima. Buon caffè al desk.

Cons:

Accoglienza confusa. Informazioni poco chiare da parte dello staff. Camera vetusta e poco illuminata. Letto a castello sta su per miracolo. Non siamo state aiutate durante una situazione di disagio creata dai disguidi del personale.

Top posizione Flop accoglienza e condizioni della struttura
Pros:

Ottima posizione, proprio sulle piste di borgata sestriere.

Cons:

Personale poco disponibile, avremmo voluto cenare una o più sere presso la struttura dell'hotel che gestisce anche il residence ma la scortesia del personale ci ha fatti desistere. Le stanze sono molto datate (anni 70) mai rinnovate, non ci sono prese adatte ai moderni dispositivi, i letti a castello possono essere usati da persone che pesano massimo 60 kg. In una delle nostre stanze, i termosifoni non andavano e le porte erano rotte, chiudevano dopo diversi tentativi, anche quelle originali degli anni 70. Dalla skiroom ci sarebbe stato l'accesso diretto alla neve, piuttosto che fare 2 piani di scale, ma la porta era bloccata dalla neve che nessuno si è degnato di spalare. È un peccato che questa struttura sia abbandonata a se stessa perchè la posizione è tra le migliori della borgata.

Location close to the slopes

Cons:

Room was dreadful - furniture old and tatty, looked nothing like the photos online , the main bedroom bed light didn’t work , the kitchen area was in the bedroom and seating was the kitchen table / dining chairs - no comfortable seating to relax
The bathroom was old and had broken toilet seat, no space for toiletries and extractor fan didn’t work
Noisy - there rooms had no rugs or carpets so every noise from other apartments was heard in our room - other occupants were noisy stayed up late and made no effort to consider others - the room above sounded like they were moving the furniture around all evening
People ignored the request to use the ski locker and lots of people walking around the cor

Comfortable and perfect location, great value for money
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, clean, and comfortable. On booking they said there are no pots in the kitchen, but we found a pot and a pan which were perfect to cook dinner with for a couple of nights. Very comfrotable stay for a couple, and very good value for money. The ski lift is only a three minute walk away, and a 13 minute walk away is the bus stop for the bus which goes to Sestriere (6mins on the bus). There is even a small local shop with essentials if needed. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel where the staff are based, and you can pay to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is only a three minute walk away. The food provided is delicious.
