Some of the hot dishes were all gone and not replenished....

Cons:

The ensuite in our room was crummy!!!!
Shower tray base jagged and broken.
The door didn't close...!!!

Pros:

price was decent, location was excellent for the national park.

Cons:

the rooms looked like they were in an asylum or something - super duper old, needed paint, new carpets just in desperate need of an updating remodel. did not feel cozy. had to walk half a mile from the elevator to our room, through several doorways while dragging heavy bags with us.

We where looking for some peace and quiet with options to see some beautiful parts of Scotland

Room very comfortable breakfast had great choice location fantastic made us feel very relaxed and welcome definitely going back

Cons:

Staff where fantastic very friendly and very helpful couldn't do enough for us and location was brilliant

Rooms can be doing with a make over the lift was dusgustin covered with red carpets all over with a smell of dampness
Cobwebs on ceiling and inside door of the toilet

Cons:

Look ok from the reception but soon as you enter lift and walk to the maze route to bedrooms was horrible smell of dampness

Advertised daily room refresh. This did not happen only 1 day in the week.

Cons:

Poor reception staff. Had to request toilet rolls on arrival (no apology) had to chase milk and tea bags ( no apology) No apology or reason when having to chase the missing advertised daily room refresh.Good

L emplacement, vraiment en face du lac, le petit parc public juste en face bien aménagé pour y faire picnic et barbecue. Départ de mini Cruise sur le lac. Très jolie. L hôtel très typique. Joli travail du bois. Carpette au sol très à vue. Très jolie. Les fenêtres sont typiques des appartements écossais. Le personnel du restaurant super sympa. L accueil aussi

Pas vraiment eu le temps de decouvrir des défauts. C est un établissement qui vieillit. Mais il reste beau.
