Pros:

ホアンキエム湖から近く清潔なホテルです。
設備も一通り揃っています。

Cons:

Googleマップだけで行くと入り口がわかりません。
大きなホテル端から入ってエントランスがあります。

Pros:

Meget centralt liggende hotel. Det lå dog i en baggård/-gade, hvorfor der næppe er så meget lys med mindre man som os fik værelset på øverste (8.) etage.
Værelset havde alt vi skulle bruge, men aircondition var noget underdimensioneret, men kunne akkurat levere ca. 23 grader.
Værelset var meget billgt, så man får absolut noget for pengene!

Receptionisten virkede meget træt og uengageret, men udfyldte dog opgaven

Fair for the price but could do better
Pros:

Room ok, it was cleanish, could have been better. No toilet roll not great! Otherwise we managed to sleep!

Cons:

Receptionist asleep on the sofa most of the time.! Hard to wake at the times! We left luggage in her care we were not convinced how safe it was!

Accueil désastreux
Cons:

L'accueil désastreux la personne ne trouvait pas ma réservation elle téléphonait et ne nous disait rien on a attendu plus d'un quart d'heure avant qu'elle nous informe qu'elle allait "cheker"la chambre !!!pour finir par nous donner une chambre qui n'était pas celle réservée(plus petite mais correcte).Le lendemain personne à l'accueil lors de notre sortie et à 12h quand nous sommes venus rendre la chambre et sortir nos bagages seul le personnel de nettoyage nous à informé que nous pouvions laisser nos bagages jusqu'à 17h heure lorsque nous sommes venus les récupérer j'ai demandé à aller aux toilettes la même personne de l'accueil m'a dit que cela n'était pas possible !!! Quel service !!...déplorable accueil.

호안끼엠 옆에 있어 어느곳으로든 접근성이 좋았고
룸도 넓고 깨끗하고 조용했습니다

호텔이 큰빌딩 뒷골목에 숨어 있어 찾기가 조금 어려움. 골목 안으로 들어가는 대로변에 호텔 간판도 없어요
