Soggiorno deludente.
Pros:

Posizione :di fronte al lago , a qualche minuto a piedi dall’Old Quarter .
Il letto ( erano due singoli attaccati per nostra scelta ) molto comodo e spazioso , più che due letti singoli sembravano due letti alla francese attaccati ! Comodissimo . Camera accogliente ed elegante

Cons:

Struttura deludente sotto diversi aspetti.
Per avere l’acqua calda bisogna attendere almeno 10 minuti tra una doccia e l’altra, e in ogni caso dura pochissimo.

La stanza bella ma non pulita: ragnatele nel muro che risultava sopra il letto, pavimento e comodini pieni di polvere, presenza di muffa nel bagno, in particolare sopra la doccia.

Le istruzioni fornite dalla reception sono state poco chiare. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni per il problema dell’acqua calda, ho ricevuto risposta solo il giorno successivo, invitandomi a consultare indicazioni su Booking che in realtà non ho mai ricevuto. Solo al quarto giorno, praticamente il giorno prima della partenza, mi sono state inviate le istruzioni, che consistevano semplicemente nell’attendere 10 minuti.

Viene fornito un numero WhatsApp per contattare la reception, ma le risposte non arrivano , se arrivano sono molto lente( giorni dopo)

Infine, durante il soggiorno erano in corso lavori proprio nel muro di fronte all’hotel, che risultava più o meno di fronte alla nostra stanza :tra smerigli, martelli e rumori continui, dalle 7:00/7:30 del mattino era impossibile continuare a riposare.

Schönes kleines Hotel, leider mit extremen Baulärm :-(
Pros:

Lage , Design , Größere der Zimmer und Badezimmer, Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind ok. Es ist aber etwas schwer zu finden. Der Eingang befindet sich in zweiter Reihe ( man muss durch einen schmalen Durchgang-der als Rollerparkplatz benutzt wird- ,dann um die Ecke usw) und ist von der Straße aus nicht ersichtlich .
Bei meinem Aufenthalt war ab 7.30 Uhr an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Durch die angrenzende Baustelle, war bis zum Checkout , ununterbrochen extrem lauter Lärm vom Presslufthammer, Winkelschleifer usw zu höheren .
Daher kann ich das Hotel aktuell nicht empfehlen.

Готель з гарним розташуванням, але завчасно дізнайтесь, як знайти
Pros:

Заселення відбовалось в ночі. Проблем не було. Оплата в готівці вигідніша, оскільки за розрахунок карткою додатково беруть 3%. Нас про це попередили і запропонували компроміс - оплата на наступний день, щою ми поміняли свої Долари. При виселенні ми спокійно домовились залишити до вечора свої валізи на рецепції.

Cons:

Нажаль в готелі проблеми з водою. Якщо прокинешся в 6 ранку, то одна людина може спокійно прийняти душ. На другу людину води не вистачить. А коли ми прокинулись в 8, горячої води не було взагалі.

Phòng đẹp, gần trung tâm, nhân viên dọn phòng rất lịch sự chu đáo

Cons:

Lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp, k có nghiệp vụ. Không quan tâm đến khách hàng. Cụ thể là mình book phòng có 2 giường riêng giành cho gia đình, sau đó mình checkin và nhận được 1 phòng khác so với hình ảnh mô tả( 2 giường ghép vào nhau ) trên booking.giải thích của nhân viên là hình ảnh được xáo trộn và có thể mình đã book nhầm :)). Mình yêu cầu nhân viên lễ tân check lại và đổi phòng đúng như hình cho mình. Vì mình check in sớm nên nhận được một phòng khác. Sau khi hết thời gian check in sớm, mình k nhận được bất kì một động thái của nhân viên lễ tân về việc đổi phòng như mình đã đặt. Cực kì tệ hại, nếu mình là chủ của khách sạn này mình sẽ cho bạn nhân viên này nghỉ việc bởi vì nó làm ảnh hưởng đến danh tiếng và uy tín của khách sạn, không thể vì một cá nhân mà ảnh hưởng đến việc chung.
