Almost 1st class !
Pros:

Spacious & very very clean accommodation with a great location & free parking !!

Cons:

Felt that the mattresses in room 2 need replacing as they are too soft & spongey

Pros:

Mostly everything. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The atmosphere was very relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. You felt safe to leave your doors and windows open. Location was good.

Cons:

I found the flush on the toilet difficult and had to use the handle of my makeup brush to press the button down.
Also, we were a large party for dinner and had to wait a considerable amount of time for our meal. This, I believe, was because two people had a starter. Perhaps we should have requested for main courses to be served at the same time.
Breakfast on our first morning was very efficient and professional. However, on the Saturday morning we had to ask for everything including ordering teas, etc.
