انا عميل في نفس الفندق في الشهر كنت اسكن فيه مرتين
واكتر في الرمضان اخذت من عندهم كوبونات فطور وسحور
في المطعم كان الشيف هو اللي يغرفلك الاكل مبجبور تاكل اللي هو يعطيك و جيت ارجع كوبونات حق السحور قالو مايترجع فندك تقريبا 9 ادوار شغال فيها مصعدين اخر مرة في الخروج اتاخرت ساعه نظام الفنادق خروج الساعه 2 انا لم نزلت الاستقبال كان الساعه 3:10 بسبب تاخير المصعد طلبو مني 70 ريال الموظفه التاخير مومني المصاعد كانت شغال واحدة وتوقف في كل دور كان على وقت الظهر عندهم مطعم في الفندق كل مايفتح المصعد فل سبب التاخير عشان المصعد لم رفضت اعطيهم ال70الموظفه قالت لزميلتها حطيتي في قائمة السودا ايجار الغرفة في اليوم 130وسبب التاخير مو مني تقريبا في سنتين سكنت فيه 33 زيارة اخرة مرة تعامل موظفين

حبيت أوجه كلمة شكر لموظفات الاستقبال الأخت غادة ودعاء على ما أظن اسمها جداً ودودات ومتساعدات عندنا لأبعد الحدود حتى إنها

كنا مستأجرين فالعشر الأواخر من رمضان 1447 هجري وبصراحة الفندق وكآمل الخدمات جداً ممتازة

Not worth the price
Pros:

The pakistani and bengali junior staff are really helpful.

Cons:

No room service. Same towels and sheets for 5 days. They don’t empty the bins. Poor soundproofing. You hear everything in other rooms. No one speaks english (be prepared for this). Food is overpriced. Rest of the service staff is cold and nonchalant.

Pros:

Location was a bit further from haram than I ideally wanted, but bus service is very efficient it comes every 10-15 minutes. This was a good hotel that had everything I needed and my room was available at very short notice. Yahya and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

Not too great, location is far, if you are not able to find anything close by then only would recommend

It was okayish, no room cleaning daily

For a quadruple room, how many coffee cups you expect? i expected 4, they are saying they provide only two. What a strange thing it shows the mindset
