Perfect stay!
Pros:

Lovely apartment, well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very responsive and all arrangements handled very smoothly. Great location, many restaurants and malls nearby, convenience store and supermarket next door, MRT easy 10 minutes walk.I'd also recommend the 3D Art Gallery 'Art in Island' just round the corner from the apartment.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room. Feeling at home. It’s seldom, The owner is providing your toiletries like towels, tissues, soap and shampoo with conditioner. Thanks for being generous the care taker Angelica is very accommodating and she left some 5 gallons of drinking purified water and 12 eggs. Lol

Cons:

Nothing.. but happy tenant! ☺️ but, I forgot my new slippers bought it from SM🙃

Pros:

Everything, how handy it was to be located in the heart of araneta ! Staff security was great and it has all the amenities I’m looking for.

Cons:

The duvet is missing its cover. Not sure if you can source it locally but I’m guessing you just forgot about this one.

We had a relaxing/stress free 4 days during our stay.
Pros:

The unit is well equipped - stove, fridge, iron, cupboards for your belongings, towels, lots of pillows; these are just a few. They even have complimentary items - water and toiletries. Superb place!!!

A great place in Cubao just across malls and restaurants
Pros:

The host was very responsive and sent us all the details we needed for our stay. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained. It was very cozy and the location is very accessible to malls and restaurants.

Cons:

The elevators are a bit small and depending on the time you might need to wait around if they're already full going up / down.

We had a lot of fun during our stay, and we will definitely be going back.
Pros:

Very clean, very homey and accessible to all the places we wanted to go to. We also cooked breakfast every morning, and almost everything we needed for cooking were already provided.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Everything else is excellent.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

The place was GREAT and it almost felt like home but with a better view esp at night. They have everything from a big fridge, microwave, big TV, air purifiers, hair blower, and more! The bed and sofa were comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean. There were also more than enough pillows for a pillow fight lol

The only thing I would suggest they add to the unit would be a full size wall mirror then it'd be perfect. Although there are mirrors in the living room, bedroom and bathroom, a full size mirror would have been perfect. At any rate, we had a wonderful stay!

Cons:

We need to pay 100Php to be able to use the bldg's swimming pool. It would've been ok but we can only use the pool for 1 hr so we didnt lol

I totally loved my 4-day stay at Casa De Camelina! Highly recommend it to others!
Pros:

During my stay in Casa De Camelina, I liked several things which I would like to mention:

1. The host was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. They attended to my special requests and informed me politely if any of my requests could not be fulfilled. Moreover, they were informative about the house rules.
2. The unit was located on the 31st floor, which was very convenient for me as I needed a peaceful place to work. The unit was quiet, which helped me focus on my work.
3. The unit was clean when I arrived and most of its facilities were functional.
4. Although the mobile reception (Globe Network) was not strong enough, the unit's wifi was strong enough to support my internet activity.
5. The building where the unit is located is in the heart of Metropolitan Cubao, where there are many shops, restaurants, and malls. This makes it easy to find anything you may need during your stay, such as meals, hygiene kits, banks, etc.

Cons:

Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The water heater system was inconsistent, and at times the temperature of the water would suddenly turn cold, which was inconvenient as I prefer warm water. Additionally, I would appreciate it if a bidet could be installed. Lastly, if you are driving a car, please note that parking is not included and you will need to pay for parking fees within the building or parking areas nearby. While these issues did not ruin my stay, these would have made my experience even better.
