Séjour inoubliable au soleil
Pros:

Un hôtel de charme très bien situé. La vue sur la baie est magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique. La nourriture est excellente et le service impeccable, ils sont tous très gentils.

Simply beautiful outlook of Buzios Bay.
Pros:

This is a chic hotel in a beautiful location within metres of the town and numerous restaurants. Excellent breakfast with very helpful and pleasant staff.

Cons:

When paying close to USD 500 a night and being told best not to drink the tap water, to then be charged for water after the one free bottle provided is just penny pinching. Similarly to be charged for the coffee pods in the room. I also do not like the inference of mistrust when they say they have to check your room before giving a final bill. Apart from that, in our double sea view room there was very limited storage.

Bel hotel mais ́ne merite pas les 5 etoiles a cause d un manque de service de la part du personnel .

L emplacement . Hotel tres bien decore . Facile d acces

Cons:

Retard + d une heure a l arrivee pour avoir notre chambre
Le personnel a l accueil ne nous a meme pas offert un verre d eau en attendant malgre une chaleur etouffante .
Quand nous avons enfin pu recuperer la chambre . Le menage avait ete fait convenablement mais le jacuzzi n avait pas ete nettoye car il restait au fond du sable laisse certainement pas les anciens clients de la chambre .
Nous sommes partis 6 jours apres le sable n a jamais ete nettoye .
Un scandale pour un hotel 5 etoiles.
Aucune anticipation aux services d un hotel 5 etoiles .
Nous avons meme ete obliges de nous occuper de nos valises de la chambre a la voiture . Pas d ascenseur donc tout se fait a pied en montant ou descendant les escaliers !!!!
Equipement des chambres incomplet au niveau
de la salle de bain . Pas meme un coton ou un
kleenex pour se demaquiller
