Great hotel!
Everyone was extremely friendly. Lots of things were provided. I don’t know why some people say it’s far from the metro stations because in 10 min there were few of them!
Quiet nice neighborhood but just 10 min away is a district center where you could get anything you want! Absolutely great location

The room was decently sized and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to a number of Tokyo attractions.
It's a bit of a walk from the Ueno station if you have a lot of luggage.
The area was very quiet and the room was fitted with everything you'd need in a basic hotel room. For the price it was good to be able to stay about 10-minute walk away from Asakusa, would recommend if you are looking for a short stay somewhere in the area close to Ueno Station, a major train hub.
The room was quite small - it was fine for one person but for two it would be too tight. However this is a common phenomenon in Tokyo so it's not specific to this place. Another thing to note is that the hotel is located in the middle of a very quiet residential area so don't expect much to see or do unless you walk to Ueno (about 20 minutes away, not super close but reachable).
침대는 작았지만, 생각보다 넓은 방, 그리고 커다란 책상이 있어 일하며 지내기 좋았습니다.
화장실이 작았고, 복도가 야외와 통하다 보니 좀 쌀쌀했습니다. 하지만 창으로 햇볕이 많이 들어와 낮엔 따뜻했습니다.

The property is far from both subway stations and train stations （15+ mins walk）, resembling a renovated residential building rather than a hotel. The front desk was almost always unattended, with no proper service to speak of.
