Great stay! Staff are wonderful. Nice ocean view. Comfy bed, fridge , safe, etc. nice pool. Location is perfect! Close to everything. Would stay again.

Our stay was good. The hotel is older but was ok. First room the sliding access door couldn’t lock so we changed rooms. Second room no wifi and no tv lol but I was in Mexico so that’s ok. Pool was decent. Location is perfect close to restaurants and the store and the beach. Would I stay again I’m not sure. Mattresses were old spring type, One was saggy. Ac worked. Bring raid or off to prevent bugs from coming in under the doors. 6.5 out of 10.

The staff were amazing, friendly, meet with every request immediately, very fun. Would give them a big 5 star rating
The hotel its self needs to do some serious maintaince. Our room was filled with water after a big rain...we hsd to move rooms. Thr hot water was hit s miss all month, the A/c had to be repaired various times, outside sign was very faded,difficult for taxis to see it.

This hotel is a great budget option. We stayed here for just one night when we arrived in Cancun. The staff was friendly when checking us in, the room and hotel area is clean but it is a budget motel so it is a basic room and linens reflect that. The location is in great proximity to everything, including the beach and restaurants. There is on-site parking as well. Pool looked really inviting and clean but we did not use it. Our biggest complaint was the music from a nearby venue was so loud it woke me up at midnight and I had trouble falling back to sleep. It's a great value for the price we paid, just make sure to bring earplugs even if you are a heavy sleeper.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The beach is just a few steps behind the hotel, downtown location means easy access to restaurants & shopping, and there is a small pool and dive shop on site. However, the bar across street that played loud music until after midnight several nights during our stay, and neither the TV nor the room safe worked. Staff were nice and rooms kept very clean.

Not clean, very little water pressure and not hot water at all, the room smelt like mildew. The person who was working the front desk was not help at all, wouldn’t even help get a taxi when we had all our suitcases, he just walked away. I would not stay here again.

El hotel es sencillo pero esta bien ubicado. Necesita de algunos reparos, principalmente en la zona externa. Los funcionarios son muy amables y siempre prontos a colaborar. El problema es una casa de shows cerca del hotel, que toca musica altísima hasta la madrugada (un dia llego hasta las 4am), pero, para mi vale la pena por la proximidad a la playa.

Es el peor hotel al que hemos ido en Puerto Morelos, no contaba con agua caliente, toallas rotas, no contaba con fundas limpias para las almohadas y mucho que desear con la limpieza de la habitación, además no fui informada de que no había televisión ya no digamos una pantalla plana, nunca volveremos a esa porquería

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal men hotellet är väldigt slitet och nergånget. Verkar inte ha underhållits dom sista 7-8 åren. Finns Micro, kylskåp och tv på rummet. Hade önskat en vattenkokare.
Ostädad gemensamhetsutrymme, poolen ostädad.
1 min gångavstånd till stranden och restauranggata.
Skulle inte bo där igen.

We stayed there for easy access to the Cancun Airport after our Cozumel scuba trip. Puerto Morelos is 20 minutes and $30 cab ride to Cancun airport. The sandy beach is beautiful and the snorkeling is great. We might start here next time to chill and get ready for Cozumel diving. The staff was a great and helpful. They got us a new room when the air conditioner did not work in the first one. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and breeze from the 2nd floor room. The walk to the beach -- about 50 feet down a path -- also very attractive. The room was quiet on Tue night but Wednesday, the music from the nearby street a block away from our room ended at 3 am. Can't imagine how noisy it might be on the weekend.

Comfortable and clean, friendly staff, great location. But it’s become a bit run down in the past few years. And I really miss the awesome bar and food trucks they used to have by the pool.

Todo estuvo bien, la limpieza del cuarto excelente. Lo único que estuvo un poco incómodo fue que el sábado que estuvimos un rato en la alberca, había una fiesta infantil.

Precio razonable, cuartos limpios

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well kept. Direct access to the beach makes this our go-to hotel that is affordable and has a beautiful pool.
