I dont feel safe, room is not comfortable and I actually cancel my stay
Pros:

Location is downtown so its covenient.

Cons:

It's on the highest floor- so gloomy- room is vey small and old -using staircase-very steep and gloomy- very hard to carry the luggage and other stuff'
Very dissappointed . Understand its a budget hotel but its beyond my expectation of a less expensive room. Im sorry.

Aircond is SO dirty. Unacceptable!!! Photos don’t match!! Room is much older! KL can rate better property for this price.

Why room got window to a staircase where light always on even during the night.

Disappointed as the quality of the hotel are quite poor.
Pros:

Hotel location as it's vicinity is a walking distance to college, groceries shop, restaurants and food court.

Cons:

There no breakfast. No private parking but to use public parking with extra charges for parking ticket sold by hotel staff.

Inexplicably expensive. Don't recommend. :-(
Pros:

The location was excellent. Having a laundrette at the bottom of the hotel was great.

Cons:

Where to start? At check-in we appeared to be completely unexpected and it took a long time to complete the formalities. The lady on reception was hardly friendly and we felt we were an inconvenience. Reception appears to be in another hotel as we were then led round the corner and up two flights of steep steps. Not having a lift is not a problem for us, but there will be many travellers who find that difficult. The room was tiny which was a surprise, especially considering the cost. It's about the same price as condo in Ipoh with two bedrooms! The wifi was patchy and the noise from the street was incredible because the door to the tiny balcony (containing a full litter bin!) does not fit properly. All in all this is a place I cannot recommend. All accommodation in KK is expensive (why?!) but we wished we'd paid a little more and gone somewhere else.
