Hotel was perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and served quickly by good staff. No waiting around for anybody to appear. There could have been more choices of fruit in the fruit salad. Water in bathroom was very soft and made the shower enjoyable. Some biscuits would have been nice with the tea/ coffee in the room.

Cons:

Everything was fine. No complaints.

Cons:

Another example of over priced poor quality accommodation in Fort William. Room very tired with peeling wall paper and a bathroom that needed replaced. As a Scot I find it embarrassing that visitors could think that all a accommodation in Scotland is like this. It's a shame as the views are wonderful but the room I had was not a good standard. My advice book somewhere else!

Very pleasant and comfortable stay for one night.
Pros:

Lovely room and large en-suite. Good tv in excellent position. Price of 3 course meal was very reasonable

Cons:

No view from small window, just bushes. Lots of stairs, no lift. Vegetables(carrots and cauliflower cheese) very over cooked.

Our room was fine for our single night stay while en-route to the Isle of Skye.
Pros:

The room was rather small, but clean and equipped with everything we needed for our one-night stay. We didn't have any meals at the hotel and left early the next morning.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work. It seemed to be fine in the reception area when I connected, but it was non-existent in the room.

Average only hotel. There are nicer ones close by
Pros:

It was clean and bed was reasonable for comfort. The views of the loch were lovely

Cons:

Very noisy, our room was right by a door which kept being banged open and loudly closed all night. I could hear some guy snoring through the wall. There was a very small window, no fridge in room not even a glass just a plastic cup. No breakfast included in the price. Reminded me of a travel lodge from the 90s
