Awful, disappointing and cold.
Pros:

the staff on reception especially Kayleigh this reception staff acted with integrity and was polite and friendly.

Cons:

The room was small. The room was cold.When arrived I found a ladies undergarments under the pillow in my bed and dark hairs on the sheets.The heating was none existent and no hot or even warn water was available. I tried to find breakfast timings which was not advertised well so hoped it was served until 10am. This was not the case so the person i traveled with missed breakfast. as breakfast was only available until 0930am.... after a long day driving and sightseeing we were tired and wanted a quiet night and a good nights sleep. so the room was dirty and had no heating.

Lovely stay.
Pros:

Lovely and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Service was very good. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t have a sea view, didn’t request one. The rear of the hotel faces a rocky hill very close to the windows, but I loved watching the wee birds and other wildlife. Views from the lounge and dining areas are stunning.

Cons:

The appearance from the road side doesn’t look very appealing at all, but was a wonderful surprise inside.
