Gute Lage, Unterkunft mit Mängeln.

Lage ist gut und auch die Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Feueralarm wieder ausgelöst. Sind zum vereinbarten Punkt und niemand war da. Nach einer Weile kam Personal und sagte, die Übung sei beendet. Beim Frühstück saßen 60 Leute. Wo waren diese beim Alarm. Im Bad war viel Schwarzschimmel (Decke und Wände). Insgesamt alles sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war auch bei Zeiten leergeräumt. Selbst der günstige Preis war bisschen zu hoch, schade.

Der Seeblick war ein Traum. Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, das Bad gut ausgestattet und auch groß. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Cons:

No mention that dinner bookings closed at 6.30pm and we didn’t arrive until 7.00pm so had to drive back into Fort William.

Rezeption und Frühstückspersonal war schnell und freundlich

Cons:

Ein Hotel für Kaffeefahrten. Jeden Tag kamen Busse voll älteren Menschen, denen abends an der Bar kleine Veranstaltung gezeigt wurden und dazwischen etwas verkauft wurde. Zimmer kalt, Heizung ging nicht und Zimmerservice fiel auch aus. Anscheinend ein Versehen.

Hermoso el lago, muy cómoda la habitación! Pero lo que se destaca es el personal, desde la recepcionista que nos ayudó con todo, hasta el desayuno con Leandro que nos atendió espectacular y estaba todo impecable gracias a Mara! Volveríamos a elegirlo
