Pros:

スタッフさんは優しく丁寧対応してくれる、ペットホテルが併設されていて外出時に預けられる、排泄物のゴミ箱も玄関や部屋の前にある、足洗い場もあるなど、犬連れにはとってもいい環境でした。室内もきれいです。
東本願寺のすぐそばで、京都駅も徒歩圏内で立地もいいですね。

Cons:

まちなかなので仕方ないですが、駐車場が１台分しかないこと。私は近隣のパーキングを案内されましたが、一晩で600円だったので、そんなに高くはなかったです。
余談ですが、ホテル前近辺は一方通行が多いのですが、タクシーや配送業者などがスピードを出すし、

一旦停止もしないので、ヒヤッとしました。近所を散歩する際は、お気をつけください。

リピートしたくなる宿
Pros:

犬を連れていたのですが犬のための環境が充実していてとても快適に過ごせました。
お陰様で16歳半のハイシニア犬ですが体調を崩すことなく3泊4日の旅を終えることができました。

As a dog owner, they’re simply could not have been a better place for my dog and I to stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

The politeness of the staff and willingness to stay late because my arrival was delayed was extremely appreciated.

The absolute perfect base for exploring Kyoto.
Pros:

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Really comfortable, stylish & practical room within walking distance of the main train station & well connected for public transport. There is a dog grooming business at the entrance so added bonus of lots of cute dogs to say hi to. Staff are amazing & really helped me by shipping my iPad to me as I left it behind.

Pros:

店長さん？や、店のスタッフの女性の方々がとても親切でした。うちの柴犬は8キロで小ぶりちゃんですが、隣接のドック美容室で預かっていただけて、他のワンちゃんと交流もできたようで、出かけてても安心でした。有難うございました。
朝ごはんを２日目の朝だけ付けてもらいました。

Pros:

お部屋もお風呂も清潔感があってよかった。今回はクルマで行きましたが、新幹線利用でも京都駅からも近く良いと思った。近くにコンビニやレストランもあるし利便性もよかったです。犬連れだったが、ホテルの方もとても優しく、ペットのためのアメニティも揃っていました。また猛暑の中ペットを連れ歩くのは危険でしたが、朝から夜まで預かっていただけたのが大変有り難かったです。

Cons:

駐車場は中型車以上は大変停めにくいです。ホテル周辺に停めやすく安いところがたくさんあったのに、そのアナウンスがなかったのは残念だった。

Spacious apartment-like hotel
Pros:

Very spacious, almost like an apartment.
Beds were very comfortable.
Staff was very friendly

Cons:

There is a dog kennel in the lobby, which the staff also spends time in, so i presume they also own it(?)
Anyway, while they are cute, the noise can get annoying. Especially at evening/night. Anyone who used the front door, and the dogs inside would bark.

Price is a bit too much

No office desk/chairs to work with my laptop

Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I missed it very much when I left Kyoto

-one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Has everything you could possibly, so neat and tidy and spacious and beautiful
