Modernes Hotel mit unterdurchschnittlichem Management.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist erst ein paar Jahre alt und modern ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist türkischer Standard, aber für ein Hotel dieser Klasse mäßig. So gibt es nur schlechten Filterkaffee. Für einen Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato müssen Sie extra bezahlen. Die Auswahl an Brötchen ist schlecht.

Was offensichtlich von Gästen in der Vergangenheit bereits bemängelt wurde, ist die derart schlechte Beleuchtung am Waschtisch, so dass man sich nicht vernünftig rasieren oder schminken kann. Das Hotelpersonal zeigt in seiner Reaktion, dass das Problem bekannt ist, und verspricht Abhilfe, die es aber nicht gibt. Selbst ein einfacher Schminkspiegel, der die Situation etwas verbessern würde, ist nicht verfügbar. Das Personal macht sogar Witze darüber und sagt, dass die Beleuchtung im Aufzug exzellent sei und man sich ja dort rasieren könne.

Pros:

This was our second time at Four Hills, and once again it was a wonderful experience! Everything is so clean, beautiful, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.

Mr. Dogan helps you with all your questions and is very polite and friendly.

This is definitely our place to be in Antalya!

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, I loved the design, they have great cocktails at the restaurant! Breakfast was tasty and with lots of varieties. They literally have everything that you need for an amazing stay!
I enjoyed the pool, the sauna, hammam and the gym space. (The team at the spa was super welcoming!)
For me they should at least have 4 stars!

Cons:

Notthing major, but maybe that some of the people at the reception could be more welcoming (smile...)

I was also annoyed that there wasn't an iron, even thought they had a laundry service, but I still think that it would be nicer to give clients both options.

It would also be great to have bathrobes!

But those points don't change the fact that I had a great time there!

Все было отлично, вкусные завтраки, уютный номер, отличный бассейн, при заселении дали номер с видом, хотя у нас был обычный, местоположение, недалеко от пляжа, рядом кофейни и рестораны, нам понравилось

Cons:

До конца времени выселения оставалось еще 20 минут, забыли вещи в номере, хотели вернуться и забрать, но ключ уже отключили или отключился, мы не поняли, на ресепшене решили вопрос за что спасибо, но было не приятно

Очень приветливый персонал. Дружелюбные оффицианты, Вкусные коктейли. Красивая чилл-зона с бассейном. Современный номер с панорамным окном. Содержание завтрака соответствует цене и количеству звёзд отеля. Скромное количество блюд и стабильное меню.
