Superb location! Located right in the middle of Sapa center, where everything was walkable, near the lake, near Sunworld Fansipan center, parks & also great restaurants within the area. Modern, clean et very homey as-well. Will surely recommend. Great Value for money!

We love everything! It's accessible and near to everything!
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
The location is great, just stone away from the church.

The location.
The staff did not speak any English, making communication nearly impossible. I arrived from an overnight bus at 6 AM and waited till 7:00 when they were to be open, but nobody served me until I made a fuss. Then they listened, otherwise the two young Vietnamese girls were just chatting to one another and all I wanted was my bed that I reserved and was already getting a late check-in because of the overnight ride. I was offered an upgrade a day later which was ridiculous because I was not going to change rooms for a single night. A little bit too late to try to make right. The bed was extremely hard. There was a smell to the room, possible urine smell to the mattress. As I was getting picked up from the taxi I was stopped by the front desk asking for payment—at a most in opportune time to ask for one because I had no clue my credit card was not accepted, leaving me to fork out cash for 3 nights and now short on cash for my upcoming five days of trekking in the villages. Just an overall bad experience, which was unfortunate. Backpacking through Asia for three months, and this was by far my worst hotel experience. Bad vibes & less than stellar accommodations. My advice is to keep looking…there are plenty of good choices in the town of Sapa.
