Todo bien
Me encantó todo servicio, lo único que si aconsejaría es un poco de mantenimiento a los baños o pintura del hotel de allá todo perfecto vale la pena pagar por el buffete
La hubicacion del hotel una zona tranquila y cultural
El hotel se siente abandonado sin mantenimiento y el desayuno que ofertan es muy básico y no tiene buen sabor

Nada me gustó
El hotel lo conoci hace como 20 años o mas no recuerdo, por eso lo seleccioné, pero se ha deteriorado y lógico, no es lo mismo que utilizé hace tiempo.
si nos dieron cuartos en otro piso siendo que ibamos en familia, por otro lado son demasiado estrictos en los tiempos no pudimos entrar a la habitación hasta las 15 horas en punto, como si ocuparla antes era una cuestión de costo o no lo se.

Es un excelente hotel
Todo estuvo muy bien.
Tiene muy buena ubicación
La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en el edificio del fondo del hotel, 3era planta. No tiene elevador en esa zona lo que vuelve dificil subir y bajar el equipaje. No contaba con teléfono si necesitabamos algo debíamos marcar de los celulares a recepción. El desayuno incluído dejó mucho que desear. La calle del hotel es de un solo sentido, los días que la cierran tienes que entrar en sentido contrario al estacionamiento, por seguridad deberían informar al huesped.

La ubicación de hotel es buena.
El desayuno cumple aunque podrían agregar un platillo más para tener dos opciones para elegir, cuando se acaba hay que esperar mucho tiempo para que vuelvan a poner más, yo incluso tuve que ver al chef para reclamar por los tiempos de espera, el café en algún momento estaba frío, en las habitaciones ya no ponen a botellas de agua ni siquiera el primer día, es un extra indispensable y debería estar considerado en el precio de la habitación.La ubicación del hotel es buens
