Franchement pas top.

L’emplacement était bien belle vue

Cons:

Le service n’est pas à la hauteur ne louer pas les scooteurs au personnel ce sont des épaves qui tombe en panne tout le temps. Le ménage n’est pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon. Bref sa fait mi fréquence je vais à Bali c’est la première fois que je mets un avis aussi mauvais.

Alojamiento íntimo con vistas expectaculares
Pros:

Es nueva y las camas son grandes y cómodas. Estaba muy limpio todo. El guardallaves es muy amable y nos ayudó con el tour de snorkeling y en el alquiler de una scooter. Todo muy fácil.

La maison est bien

La disposition de la maison en général, il faut louer les deux chambres la promiscuité ne permet pas de partager.

Dans une des chambres, la peinture est écaillée et des dégâts liés à l’humidité avec une climatisation qui fuit
Nous n’avons pas aimé l’accueil, nous sommes arrivés en avance et avons déposé nos bagages, dans l’attente que le ménage soir terminé, le manager nous a prévenu et quand nous sommes arrivés sur les lieux, il n’était pas présent, pas de code wifi pas d’explication sur le fonctionnement de la maison.
Quand il est venu nous chercher au bateau, il est arrivé avec 15 m’ de retard, ce qui arrive, ne s’est pas excusé, nous à peine salué, ne nous a pas adressé la parole et s’est allumé une clope pendant le trajet. Tous nos échanges ont été froids et laconiques
Par contre il a été réactif lors des soucis rencontrés. Plus d’eau, scooter mis à disposition sans frein pour mon fils, fuite de la climatisation, le petit déjeuner était pauvres également.

The private pool was really lovely. Such a relaxed spot and easy to walk down the road to a few different restaurants.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have some information before and on arrival. We were a little unsure about how to get across the bridge with the kids and luggage, how to get around, where to eat, how to order breakfast etc. The manager of the property was very helpful via WhatsApp whenever we had a question. May be easier for guests to know certain details before they arrive.

Would not stay here again, if we had scooter might be fantastic holiday.

Villa was ok, pool was lovely. Kitchen area needs good clean.

Cons:

Property NOT in Nusa Lembongan BUT over yellow bridge on Nusa Ceningan. Very hard to navigate without a scooter or bike, road to villa is at best a very rough, steep climb. Very few Warungs around so very secluded. Reported to owners pool lights not working and nothing was done ! Breakfast was very poor and when ordered was cooked by two boys that came to villa ….. dishes were not done and no facilities for us to do them. Only saw the “staff” that one time as didn’t order breakfast again. To go anywhere had to pay for transport $20. Day as difficult to walk far due to state of road and steepness.

Private slower paced large villa on a hill overlooking ocean and sunsets
Pros:

Beautiful private villa on the hill with amazing views overlooking the ocean.

Martin and his crew were amazing and very communicative. They offered a simple breakfast with eggs breakfast fruits and fruit juices but there are also many breakfast spots close by.

This villa is at the top of the hill right next to the Alas Villas also on booking.com.

We requested two scooters and Martin dropped off two scooters within 5 minutes of our arrival.

He arranges a taxi to and from the villa to the yellow bridge connecting lembongan to cennigan when you arrive and depart, and also arranges a taxi from lembongan to the ferry when you depart.

The last bit of road to get to the villa is not developed and a little tough for those who are not too comfortable riding scooters.

The pool is a salt water pool and perfect for a late afternoon swim overlooking the sunset on the ocean.

I’d suggest booking both rooms as it is too close to want to share the space with another guest. Also the shared kitchen is more set up for Martin and his crew to arrange breakfast as they had their own food and drinks in the kitchen fridge.

But there are two mini fridges and two safes in each room. Also, the showers have a nice 3 way split where you can have an above head rain shower, handle shower, or hose option to wash your feet.

The bathroom is flat so it does get a little wet in the bathrooms after the shower and don’t have a/c but do have bidets on each of the toilets.

There are two flat screens in each room but are on the smaller side around 30”. The beds are nice and comfy and the rooms get cold with the a/c but does get a little stuffy at night on occasion.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a slower paced getaway with beautiful spots close by for dinners such as klyf club, sea breeze, or surfers point.

Friendly service, via Katutu enjoyed delicious breakfast each morning. Above and beyond providing transport, scooters access & snorkeling tour. Would highly recommend.
