Lovely and smily welcoming, big and comfortable room and very honest owner.

Quiet area, not far from the center. The hostess is very nice and friendly.

An incredibly welcoming friendly atmosphere. You will read all about the hosts being saints.... It's true. The family who run the place couldn't do more for you. I will take away a great personal story of how the host Lan tracked me down to give me money back because my plans changed and I had to checkout a few days earlier. Ah, yes, the room...

Nice comfortable bed with good quality bedding. The room had everything you could need including a TV, mini fridge, and wardrobe for your clothes. The balcony was a really nice suntrap and it felt great sitting on there getting some rays.

The hotel is on a really nice quiet street with places to eat and drink next door and opposite as well as littered on the same street. The location is also easy walking distance to the centre, the lake, and other spots.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The hosts were warm and very helpful, and we really enjoyed the evening we spent having dinner with them. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries and a hair dryer. We felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay longer than originally planned

We had a truly amazing stay here! The family hosting us was incredibly kind and helpful with absolutely everything – they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The location is great – close enough to the center, but in a quiet area where you can relax.
They also have motorbikes for rent at a very fair price, which was super convenient.
On top of that, they even helped us arrange transport to the airport for about half the usual price.
Overall, just a wonderful experience – we’re really glad we stayed with them!

Everything was great in my stay. SuperB and comfortable stay, extremely supportive staff, good location, and facilities (bed, and lines were in perfect condition and place is sparkling clean. Fan, hot shower, 2 free bottles of water, and TV for who likes it.
By the way, according to the owner, I was the first Brazilian hosted here. I encourage my Brazilian colleagues to come and enjoy this place!

Amazing host, took care of us so well! It was clean and comfy, the room was big with many windows and a nice view.

The Dona was run by a family who were some of the most hospitable and loveliest people I have met in over 20 years of overseas travelling. The room was tidy, well positioned, and comfortable. I had no trouble with the wifi. There was a little restaurant directly across that served beautiful Pho.

Ms. Lan's place is really clean spacious...she is very accommodating and helpful even when we already check out. She insisted on helping us book our bus from mui ne to HCM.

We read thw reviews and Lan (the hostess) stood out so gave it a try and fully worth it. Stay was amazing, room was perfect (had an extra bed so perfect for unpacking, guess we got lucky) but this homestay is al about Lan to be honest, so sweet and helpful, gave us recommendations on what to do, lovely interactions and just all in all a great person working so hard.

Seems crazy with the prices she charges, she could ask for way more!!

Lan was the sweetest host we’ve stayed with in all our SE Asia travels!! Great location and easily got around by motorbike that we hired with the hotel (less than £3 a day). Comfortable room with free upgrade and water provided. We will be back!
