Budget hotel, great location
Pros:

Good location, really close to the centre. Good if you're looking for okay Accomodation for cheap price.

Cons:

We arrived at 1.30 am and there were no towels in the room. When we asked at the reception, the guy told us that they are out of towels. Also, the bathroom was really run down, there was mould and hair dryer cables were close to water, so I don't think that was really save.

STAY ONLY IF YOU WANNA TORTURE YOURSELF!

Nothing!! Like actually nothing wth. It is like a scam as the hotel looks nothing like the pictures listed. Very filthy, disgusting and dirty.

As I mentioned that it is very dirty.
We booked a room for two which looked fine in the pictures BUT WTF???? We went there, it had the very bare minimum of lighting, scratches on the walls, everything is broken and does not work, the smell is insanely disgusting, everything is filthy and there are bugs, cockroaches and worms everywhere. If you lay on the bed for 2 minutes, you will start intching baaaaaaad for the whole evening. The shower does not work, the toilet seat is broken and you cannot keep it open, it does not flush, no toilet paper or any facilities. They give you one small towel totally for all use for two people and it has STAINS ON IT AND STINKS! But the smell of mold made us sick the first night since we already paid them alot and they do not give refunds and we arrived late so they did not even allow us to upgrade first and said that in the morning they will solve it for us. Sleeping was like hell the first night then when we asked for any kind of upgrade to not lose our money as they do not give refunds, they said that there are two rooms available but we need to pay more and it has to be CASH so we thought it’s okey if we see the rooms and choose from them. We saw them both and both looked bad but less bad than the first room since they are slightly bigger.
We paid and went to see the city until they clean the rooms (THEY SAID!) but when we came back, same story, all dirty, only two towels totally the whole stay with zero room service (we finally ended up telling them we do not need the room service as we brought our own stuff to survive and wanted none to be thrown away, knowing that they do not even have room service). We had to ask many times for toilet paper and we got two at the end for the whole stay that we ended up buying our own toilet paper and facilities (we truly could just give up on the refund and rent elsewhere and end up paying less but WE DID NOT KNOW IT WILL BE LIKE THIS since it was our first time in Turkey).

A place in the heart of beautiful Istanbul
Pros:

It is within walking distance of historical places to visit. The employees at the facility provide you with free information. The rooms are comfortable, clean and safe.

The location was very good for my family, it was within walking distance to everywhere, the transportation is very good,
Pros:

I booked a room with a balcony to stay with my family. The room was decorated in a modern way and was very safe and hygienic. From the balcony, you can watch the Marmara Sea on the one hand, and on the other hand, you can see the historical indoor market and the Blue Mousqe mosque.
