Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und war deshalb auch ein bisschen laut, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Zudem wurden wir in Mails mehrmals darauf hingewiesen. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein Parkhaus, welches vom Hotel angeboten wird. Frühstück muss seperat gebucht werden und wird im gegenüber liegenden wunderschönen Restaurant eingenommen. Sehr tolles Angebot! Dublin ist eine wunderschöne Stadt!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, jedoch fehlte es an Stauraum und Haken zum Aufhängen.

Cool bar/hotel in South Dublin
Pros:

The building, the pub, the decor was absolutely spot on. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and engaging. Room was nice, clean and really cool decor.

Cons:

We were warned in advance that it could be noisy. Our second night was hard, shouting in the street, then beer deliveries.

But ear plugs were supplied and as I say we were well warned.

Pros:

L’architecture du bâtiment est incroyable
La chambre en dernier étage très bien aménagée et très spacieuse, très propre, bouilloire avec thé/café/lait très appréciable ainsi que petites bouteilles d’eau fournies, literie très confortable
Le Check in adapté au niveau des horaires grâce au partenariat avec un hôtel voisin (au personnel très sympathique et serviable), même pour une arrivée en pleine nuit décalée suite à un vol retardé
L’emplacement est idéal , grande rue très animée jour et nuit, Spar ouvert non stop au bas de la rue, pubs et nombreux restaurants
Les sites touristiques sont proches et tout peut se faire à pieds (Dublin est une capitale à taille humaine)

Cons:

Tout était très très bien
Il manquait juste un adaptateur pour la prise (que l’on trouve à prix réduit en supermarché)

Met expectations
Pros:

Staff were friendly, helpful and effervescent. modality is very guest forward. Once the key was handed over, I never needed to interact with any staff again (as I did not use the bar or restaurant).

Bed was marvellously comfortable and even though the space was at a premium in my economy single, thre was an excellent amount of well thought out hooks, hangers, and shelving. Personally, I liked the wood-forward interior. Very cozy and homey.

Despite the multitudinous emails warning of music and the strategically placed ear plugs, the only sonic disturbance I had in room 4 was a blast of loud rock music at 7 a.m. which I assume was a guest's alarm or some such...

Location is CHOICE. Close to a lot of downtown hot spots, excellent bus routes just outside the door, great food and coffee options

Cons:

caveat: nitpicking!

Slightly confusing to figure out checkin as there is no traditional 'lobby' and all concierge transactions take place in the bar. The bathroom layout was quite challenging. While the other space in the room seemed planned to a T, the bathroom seemed left behind. To be fair, I'm above average size but still, it was hard to maneuver in there. grouting and paint need a touch up. Hotel is not accessible for differently abled or elderly as no lifts and stairs are fairly narrow.
